The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies and amenities. Beautiful views from every window facing the beach. The only negative was the master bedroom mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable and the gas grill was not working but not negative enough that the overall stay was great.

Great location with spectacular beach views. Kids had fun with the Tiki Toss game on the back porch. Only minor complaint is that the in-door ice maker didn’t work. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house! Very clean. We saw dolphins every day and even got to see the turtles hatch about 50 yards from our doorstep. Couldn't recommend this house more. Thank you!

Folly Perfection

This house is absolutely beautiful. Incredible location, awesome beach and just steps from your deck! Well appointed with every amenity and convenience. Close to water activities and easy access to all that Charleston has to offer, especially wonderful restaurants. We had a minor house issue that was very quickly responded to and fixed. Wonderful service. We loved our week here and hope to return!!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed this home. The kitchen was by far the best equipped kitchen we have encountered. The setting was quiet and relaxing which was our goal. The home was spacious with so many seating options. We would not hesitate to book again.

Incredible

We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful property to rent. It’s on the beach, gorgeous views from every room. In the mornings I’d drink my coffee inside while watching my kids boogie board in the ocean and even saw many dolphins! The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy and comfy. They stock it well with mostly everything you need, esp in the kitchen! We will def come again!!

On the beach..can’t ask for anything more

Amazing ocean views from every room. Can’t beat walking out to the beach from your own private deck. Comfortable beds, clean, lots of outside seating. We rented bikes and biked all over the island.

Great house; poorly maintained

The house is beautiful and very well located. However. Several important items were broken: including the dishwasher, one of the outdoor dining chairs, and the sliding door to one of the decks, which would not open at all, rendering the deck totally inaccessible. The management company was unresponsive and unhelpful. If you are going to charge top dollar for a property you should keep it in good repair.

Perfect

Perfect spot, there was nothing that the owners didn't think of at the house. Well appointed kitchen (so many of the rentals skimp here) and nicely decorated. Will stay again if I'm in Folly again.

Great House on Beach

Dolphin’s Folly is lovely. Clean, right on the beach, great view, and is 1 mile to downtown Folly Beach. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxing time on the beach!

Hassle free access. Text notice for early entry. Exactly as promoted. Well equipped. Steps to the beach. Replaced grill just in time for our use. Regular communication. Quick checkout. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, nice property but not very clean.

Location was absolutely beautiful and house is very comfortable. While the management company was very receptive and quick to respond, there were several issues. Circuit breakers were blown with none working in any of the bathrooms. Management quickly came and rectified the problem one I got them on the phone. Took time for that but did come quickly once notified. Upon arrival, kitchen was quite dirty. Floors were not mopped and very sticky. Most dishes, pots and pans were very dirty and needed washing before use. Decided to eat out for the majority of the stay. Kitchen cabinet had half full bottles of Gatorade left behind. Was not pleased to have to clean up prior guests garbage. First two days of visit were chilly particularly at night. Would have appreciated fireplace but it wasn’t working. Maintenance came on our last day for repair.
