I can’t say enough good things about our stay! We loved being steps from the beach and spent hours on that beautiful deck enjoying the view and each other. The house was just as pictured and the kitchen was so well stocked- they thought of everything! There was plenty of space to spread out but also lots of warm and welcoming spots to come together. It was probably one of the most relaxing beach vacations my family has ever had. Communication with the property managers was easy, friendly, and helpful. We are grateful that we found Folly beach and this beautiful house- we’ll be back!

Piece of Beach Paradise

Cant praise enough the property, location, the property manager and our overall experience. This home is a gem. Pictures don't do it justice. And the appointments within the home are full of pleasant surprises. We cooked-in a lot and were very impressed with the "Chef's Kitchen" appointments. You wont be disappointed with your stay here. It's about a mile from the action, so plan on renting a golf cart.

Fabulous Beach House

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The house is beautiful and the beach is right outside your back door. The large spacious back deck has plenty of seating and a great set up for cooking outside. It is a perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous views while spending quality time with friends and family. One thing that impressed me was how clean the house was and it also had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable -from a fully stacked kitchen to soft linens and comfortable beds. The host was fantastic as well. She was very helpful and thoughtful and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

Oceanfront Luxury with Exceptional Hosts!

This luxurious beach home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! The deck and ocean views are breathtaking! The home is super clean with comfortable bedrooms and an amazing kitchen! And the hosts at MyOceanRental...exceptional :-) We were sad to leave...however, are making plans to return in the very near future!

Perfect multigenerational beach retreat!

Great Stay at Out of the Blue

Had a great stay. Location of the house was great. Deck and porch overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We had drinks on the deck multiple nights - great place to unwind after a busy day. Kitchen was great... very well provisioned... great for cooking meals at the house. Outside gas grill was also outstanding.

Beautiful, quiet, spacious slice of heaven

My father, sister and I stayed three nights at Out of the Blue. We had a wonderful time listening to the sound of the waves all day long. This is a place to tune out and let go. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped, and our bedrooms were lovely. The management company was responsive with questions we had. Highly recommended.

Heaven on the beach

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful, from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfy beds to the INCREDIBLE porch deck. (We never wanted to leave the latter.) Gorgeous view, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to town and market. The house was the best-stocked rental property we’ve ever stayed in. And when we had a small repair issue, Rodney came in 20 minutes to handle it! So friendly and responsive. We will certainly be coming back. 5+ stars!

Beautiful home!

This was the best beach house my family and I have stayed in! Located perfectly, the beach is just a few steps out the back door. The home was clean, well appointed, and just the right amount of a drive into Charleston for day trips! ! I think the best part of the house was the back porch with all the seating we could need. Wow! That is one of the words that come to mind when describing this property. We have stayed in a number of rental properties throughout the years, but this one is the best!! It was such a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The decor was spot on and I really didn't want to leave. There was nothing we did not love. We would love to return to this property some day.
