Fabulous apartment

We stayed for a couple of days to attend a wedding. The apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning. Christopher replied to all queries very quickly. I would definitely stay here again

Great location & sea views…

A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!

Wonderful stay

Perfect location. Within walking distance to all amenities beach, bars, restaurants, town. Spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Very good communication with the owner who responded quickly if I had any queries. No problem parking outside the property. Will definately be back

Ruhige Fewo im März

Es war kaum jemand in dem Ferienhaus mit 5.Stockwerken und dadurch sehr ruhig. Allerdings ist es lauter, wenn es stürmisch ist. Insgesamt eine nette Umgebung. Wir haben keine schlechten Erfahrungen gesammelt. Für Menschen, gerne spazieren gehen ist es geeignet.

spacious, comfortable appartment in top location

We had been looking for a quiet place for a family of four in Folkestone, and we've come across Christopher's fantastic appartment. Not only is it perfectly situated just at the wonderful Leas with a view on the Channel and France, it is also much more spacious than we had expected. It offers a very generous living room, kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms and - our favourite - a balcony with a breathtaking view. All the rooms are decorated with loving care.

Home Sweet Home

We stayed for 6 nights and were so very comfortable and relaxed. It felt like we lived there and got to see the comings and goings of the neighbours. The stairs.. yes there is a good amount of them but still worth it. Dont let that distract you from booking here. We would stay again and recommend.

Lovely Folkestone!

Folkestone ist eine perfekte Mischung von allem und die großzügige Wohnung ist keine stereotype Touristenunterkunft, sondern eine authentische britische Wohnung mit britischem Flair! Great location, great town, GREAT view, great owner!

Highly recommend! The location on the water right in front of the 'Zig Zag' path and super cool park with pebble beach is GREAT for families with kids 2 to 15. And Folkestone is just the nicest seaside village. The owner was extremely responsive, informative and friendly. Great get away in an English cultural seaside town with an amazing safe location with incredible place amenities.
