The single-story house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It includes 9 ft. ceiling heights, with 10 ft. trey ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and Shaker-style painted cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel major appliances, a huge island overlooking the living room, and a large walk-in pantry for your groceries. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The kitchen is stocked with the standard small appliances, cookware and dishes! Bring the food and coffee filters plus charcoal and lighter for the grill! There is a full-size washer and dryer.
