"The carpet is nasty and so are the walls and couch. Needs a REALLY GOOD cleaning. "

"Excellent spot! Would absolutely recommend."

"The house and property was very clean and comfortable. My family never ran out of things to do between the Pool and The game room The kids stayed busy the whole time I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway"

"It's a great place ! The beach is just across the road with plenty of public parking. The Rookery has two pools that stay open until 10:30. We will be back next year !!"

"It was perfect! Created the atmosphere of a beach getaway that our midwestern hearts were desiring! The modern, cool colors, clean home, and just a few minutes walk to the beach met our expectations for this trip. We fit all 7 of us in this home with plenty of space to spread out as needed. The host was very commutative as well. We had all kitchen supplies needed to cook a few meals in the house as well. Such a cute community! Definitely will come again!"

"Had everything we needed. Host was very attentive when internet wasn’t working and made sure it was fix by the next day. Definitely would recommend"

"This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. If you bring your dog,...

The proximity to the pool was awesome as it's literally right out the front door! Beach access was amazing - it's private and just...
