We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on beautiful property. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Lots of history and beautiful charm. Would definitely recommend.

This is such a beautiful, well cared for property. About 20-25 min from Dreams Park but it's a beautiful drive. The landscape is gorgeous and the owner was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding visit in Fly Creek! The house is even better in person, great location, 12 min outside downtown Cooperstown and easily accessible to golf, lake, and local restaurants. Paul was phenomenal to work with and we would absolutely look forward to coming back!

Lovely Home Close to Cooperstown

We enjoyed our stay at Schoolhouse Farm. The property was beautiful and conveniently located to Cooperstown. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Charming spot near Cooperstown

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was spacious and updated while also charming. The property was gorgeous and the owner was friendly and informative. We would absolutely stay there again if we were in the area!

Cooperstown trip

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. The home and the grounds were so beautiful and peaceful - it was the perfect spot to relax after spending so much time at the fields. It was very clean and spacious, plus the owner was very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this property.

Property was clean and well kept. House is quite old, but has plenty of space. Property is in very rural area, 20 minutes away from Cooperstown dreams Park and further away from All-Star village. Value for amount you pay is not great.

Great house for Family

We used the house for a family reunion after our father passed away. The house had many rooms for gathering and special nooks for peaceful reflection. Outstanding views. Close to Cooperstown attractions and lake. It was everything we wanted and more.

Amazing stay in gorgeous surroundings!

This incredible home situated in gorgeous countryside was the perfect home away from home for our large family in town for a wedding celebration. We enjoyed long hikes on the property, lazy naps in the hammock and dancing around the firepit while watching shooting stars and gazing at the Milky Way! Our party of 12 slept very comfortably and the home had everything we needed. Communication with the host Paul was easy and attentive. Thank you for sharing your home and creating wonderful life long memories for my family.

A gorgeous property and house!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. The property and sweeping views near the fire pit were such a treat - the perfect place to watch the sunset. I would definitely book this rental again!

Fly Creek Gem

This was our second time renting Paul’s beautiful home. Our second stay was just as wonderful as our first in 2019. The house has everything you could need as well as beautiful outdoor areas, views, entertainment spaces, reading nooks, engaging artwork and peace and quiet. You can’t help but feel calm and happy staying here. Thanks again for a terrific stay!

Amazing Long Weekend

Had an amazing time here with friends. The property was exactly what we needed after all the craziness of the last 7 months. Paul was fantastic to deal with and he has done a great job with the home. I will definitely keep this place in mind fo our next retreat!

Lovely Farm House Weekend

Thanks to Paul and his family for sharing their lovely country home. We arrived on a beautiful day made better by the discovery of their amazing outdoor views, seating areas and walking paths. The house was beautifully decorated with modern comfort and design as well as many nods to the history of a well built farmhouse. We had every modern convenience we could ask for and Paul’s home provides us with a retreat like experience for our family of 7. Plenty of room, plenty of comfort, plenty of beauty. We would definitely rent again if we find ourselves back neat Cooperstown.

They house is swell, it carries a lot of charm, character and true American history!

They land parcel itself is beyond imagination and seats on the hill with the private Valley views Highly recommended
