"This apartment was perfect in location to the Cooperstown All Star complex. Craig and Mindy were wonderful hosts and had great communication. The apartment has everything you need to cook and save some money on food. Being pet friendly allowed us to bring our new puppy as well. "Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again."
