El cuarto y las instalaciones bien, la ubicación está bien si estás dispuesto a caminar 15 minutos al centro (que en mi caso es aceptable). Lo que no me gustó es que anuncian que hay alberca pero es todo un protocolo: hay que reservar, una hora máximo, a partir de las 6 pm ya no pueden ir los niños… Usar la alberca fue complicado y el protocolo fue molesto. Por otra parte, también tienen jacuzzi pero es costo adicional.

Habitaciones modernas, limpias e incluso con un kitchenette. Lo mejor: staff servicial, piscina indoor, vista del rooftop, y desayuno variado y atendidos por una señora muy amable. Tener lavadora y secadora para sele service fue clave para nosotros ya que veníamos de viajar varios días. La distancia del centro de 20 minutos en caminata se puede manejar. Por mejorar mucho el wifi en la habitación.

Ha estado una estancia fantástica, el hotel es muy, pero que muy bueno, cercano al Duomo, pero a la vez distante, en 5 minutos estás, pero estas libre del “turísteo”, y el aparta hotel, es muy bueno

Muy buen hotel, cerca para ir caminando a sitios de interés. Nos pareció un poco costoso el uso del jacusi Pero sin duda volvería.

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA !!
Todo en el Hotel esta muy bien diseñado y realizado. Se nota la calidad de los materiales y lo "Nuevo" de todo. El servicio muy correcto y atento. Un poco mas alejado del centro pero Vale la pena por la calidad.

el hotel es muy bonito esta muy bien ubicado pero un dia tuve un fuerte dolor de cabeza y me descompuse pedi hielo y no habia hielo en todo el complejo. tuve que llamar a un médico de emergencias, mi dolor y descompostura empeoro y la empleada nego que se hubiera pedido hielo o algun calmante. Mala predisposición en general en el trato en recepción . Llovia y el complejo tiene paraguas para el cliente pero nadie me lo ofrecio , nadie atento a lo que necesita el huesped

Clean and comfortable room, it is awesome with parking (extra 25 euro daily), coin washing machine and dryer (3 euro per machine). They have spa and massage service onsite as well, I really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at forte16. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Kept our bags safe and secure until the room was ready. The spa was amazing. We did the private session with a bottle of Prosecco, and we loved it. We did have a leaky air unit, but the front desk discounted our spa session as compensation, which was really nice. Location wasn’t super great. Not a lot in immediate walking distance, and fairly far away from the main Florence attractions. About a mile walk until you start getting to the good stuff.

This was our first visit in Italy. I picked this place based on location but the staff made our stay unforgettable. Sandy, Eda and Nico at reception and the wonderful lady at breakfast bar were really nice and pleasant. If you are planing to visit Florence, this is the place to stay. Close to attractions and very comfortable home away from home.

Lovely modern apartmenthotel
Lovely modern apartmenthotel. We liked the modern apartment -very clean, and no problems. The pool and roof terrace are great! We used the kitchen, which was useful. Convenient for walking to the sights. The reception was friendly, and helped with a taxi etc.

The valet parking and front desk staff were the highlights of our stay. Extremely convenient and helpful, they even already had our car ready for our checkout time without us needing to ask. It is a 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. One thing was we didn't find the bed comfortable, it was very hard but that may just be our personal preference. Overall a great stay, the rooftop patio has incredible views of Florence.

The customer extended his stay by one night, at the end of which he demanded not to pay, otherwise he would have given a bad review.Upon departure, the maid noticed that the duvet and mattress cover were missing from the room, and the room was completely dirty with feces, even on the pillows (we have photos). When we asked for it back he started shaking and stuttering (I think he was on drugs), so we gave him a 20% discount to keep him calm, but apparently this wasn't enough to stop him from putting the plan into practice his threat of a bad review. We have a very good review score, and I'm very disappointed to have it ruined by this kind of person.

Front Desk Staff is amazing!!! Everyone we worked with 5 different people all amazing! Can’t say enough how great the desk staff was. Make sure to use the 5th floor roof deck view is great! Staff could not be any more supportive and helpful. Apartments were great. Pool is nice but can get crowded, but staff made everything 10 times better!

love the pool, sauna and steam room. one of the few hotels with ice machine sparkling water dispenser. Stayed in large room with kitchen, Short walk to all attractions and dinning. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. provided helpful maps and directions and taxis. Air conditioner work very well and room was very well design great lighting and decor. Recommend to anyone going to Florance

Fabulous accommodations and gracious always available service. Loved the rooftop seating areas and spent several evenings sipping wine and looking out on the Duomo. Room was an apartment wit coffee machine, stove and utensils. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our visit.

The breakfast for subpar- having a coffee machine in Italy making poor coffee is just wrong. Loved the cleanliness of the room and the easy walk to the main area.

Delightful in every way
This property was excellent from the time we checked in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The apartments are large and have all the modern amenities of a five star hotel. Everything was SO clean and beautifully maintained with a kitchen equipped to make yourself at home easily. The beds are so comfortable and delicious you may miss Florence and just sleep. Don’t forget to enjoy the rooftop view where there’s plenty of relaxing seating space. Within walking distance you can see most of the city but don’t miss out on the great places in the fabulous neighborhood the hotel is in too. Thanks again to the wonderful reception staff, cleaning staff and spa attendants for making ours a wonderful visit.

The panoramic view is not as impressive as the photos, the front desk were VERY helpful so they get all the points. I found two mosquitos in the room which bit me so that was very uncomfortable, also not sure how clean the rooms were since the bottom of my fabric slippers were grey. I also did not receive any of the VIP perks as advertised so that was a bit disappointing since this is a big factor as to why I made this reservation. Overall, the price makes it worth it but probably wouldn't stay here again.
