The apartment is sunny and beautiful, full of amenities such as heated towel racks and kitchen appliances and centrally located for a quick walk to most places. The hosts were lovely and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They also left a binder of helpful information including restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. It was a true 10/10 on all fronts.

Florentine Perfection

This apartment is absolutely perfect. We just returned from an 11 day trip to Italy. And the time spent in Florence, at this property, will forever be etched in our minds as perfection. The location. The cleanliness. The security. The terraces. The beds. The roof top!!! All perfect. We have stayed all over the world in rental-by-owner properties. This is my favorite so far. The owner made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. She is a tremendous host. And our time spent in Florence was capped off by enjoying our accommodations to the fullest. This apartment is the icing on the Tiramisu. We will be back.

Beautiful apartment

My husband, 18 year old son and I enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful apartment. Great location, very responsive host, beautifully decorated, had every amenity needed, amazing rooftop with a beautiful view of the entire city. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Florence!

Wonderful Apartment

This was our second stay in the apartment and it was just as great as the first time. We love the location, the views, furnishings and amenities. Karin has thought of everything. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms have great showers. The whole apartment was super clean. We would love to stay again.

Christmas Break with 3 “nearly-adult” kids

This home was meticulously cleaned, very beautiful, and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. The property manager was truly lovely, wonderfully communicative, and genuinely accommodating. But despite all of these great assets, the undeniably BEST feature of this great home is its location!!! No better spot in all of Florence! We were delighted!

Amazing property and host!!

We had an absolutely stellar time staying at Karin's property around New Year's 2024! The apartment is wonderful, in a perfect location in Florence. Karin was incredibly helpful in communicating with me prior to our visit and during the visit, to offer great suggestions for making the most of our Florence trip. Wonderful Stay

We were thrilled with the apartment. The location was perfect. There are several excellent restaurants very nearby. Karin is a wonderful host. She is very helpful and she responds very quickly to questions. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, with several wonderful out door decks. Highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment with modern amenities in the heart of Florence!

Our family of 4 adults stayed in the apartment for 6 nights in September 2024. It is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence within easy walking distance of many popular destinations and restaurants. Karin is a fabulous host, very responsive to our questions pre-arrival (via email). Appreciated being able to text her while in Florence. Her recommendation for pre-arranged transportation to and from the airport was very helpful. We stayed in this apartment in 2015 and in her villa in 2019. If we are lucky enough to visit Florence a 4th time, we absolutely will not hesitate to stay in her apartment or villa again. You will not regret choosing this unit! Thank you, Karin!

Summer in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence, the apartment was perfect and exceeded expectations. I was certain there would be a catch and that things wouldn't be as nice as the online description, but they were! The location next to the Ponte Vecchio is hard to beat, the apartment was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The roof deck was beautiful and secluded and the views from the viewing deck were stunning. Washing machine and AC (we visited in a heatwave) were a real bonus. Communication with the owner was great, they also provided great tips for local restaurants and sights which was very helpful.

Lovely Stay!

The property is as advertised and was a perfect setup for our family of 4. It was light and bright, but the blackout shades allowed us to sleep in :) We loved the convenient location in the heart of Florence, steps from the Ponte Vecchio, world class shopping and dining. We throughly enjoyed our outdoor time on the terraces and rooftop!! Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Paradise in Firenze

We stayed 21 nights in this amazing place. We have had the fortune of staying in Florence several times…we have always stay in terrific hotels but this was different…and so much better. The pictures online are 100% accurate so I will not describe it. Karin met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful. Moreover, Karin was super responsive and kind for many months leading up to our stay. She is the perfect host. The apartment was extremely clean…and stayed that way. The location could not be better. Super private and close to everything. The patios are over the top. Especially the roof top area. The kitchen, as with the entire property is well appointed should you need it. This is a must stay property when you are in Florence. Thank you Karin for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home.
