    Situado en Via dei Servi, a pocos pasos de Piazza Duomo G-house combina todas las comodidades modernas con un toque de antigüedad. Déjese mimar por una nueva televisión de pantalla plana de 65 mientras camina sobre pisos de terracota de 500 años.
    Las 3 amplias habitaciones, la gran sala de estar y la terraza con frescos, pueden acomodar cómodamente hasta 6 personas.
    Deguste un vaso de vino Chianti frente a nuestra chimenea de piedra caliza de 22 pies de alto o cene en la terraza con frescos con vista a la cúpula de Brunelleschi, pero recuerde visitar Florencia también: sabemos que no querrá salir de la casa ... pero garantizamos que vale la pena :)!

Propiedad preciosa en un lugar inmejorable

Propiedad presiosa puesta con muchisimo gusto y mimo, limpisima, con todo lo necesario, centrica En resumen magnifica Debieran indicar que es necesario subir 72 escalones para llegar a la casa y que por un modico precio, el agente, amabilisimo, te sube las maletas Enhorabuena Gaia, tienes una propiedad que enamora

Florence stay

Loved the place and location. The place was very clean. Centrally located to all the sites so we could always stop back for a rest before dinner. We liked the authentic feel.

Great stay!

The property and location were great. We enjoyed Florence immensely and the location was close to restauarants, stores, and supermarkets. We could even walk from the train station (20 minute walk). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Great location close to everything in the middle of the city. The only thing that I would want to change is the 3 flights of stairs to get there.

Relaxing stay in Florence

So much space and privacy and the outdoor space was so perfect to eat and read and it had a beautiful view of the area. The apartment was perfectly stocked with dishes and coffee maker and blankets. We also enjoyed the books and games.

Great Apartment!!

The apartment was spacious! And it couldn’t have been located in a better place. It’s centrally located which makes it easier if you want to explore. The concierge was great, very helpful and suggested some great restaurants local to the area. I would come back and stay!

February in Florence

Our stay was great! The location was an incredible spot. Right in the heart of the duomo, and walking distances to many museums, restaurants and city sites! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for us. Be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs, but it was a great way to get a small workout in ;). Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back!

G-HOUSE in FLORENCE

We loved this property. It was clean and attractive. The property manager was on point and attentive to any questions we had. We loved the balcony and the neighborhood. I'm pretty finicky about places I stay and this was very nice.

What a beauty!

What a fantastic apartment! Such a cool old building with modern amenities. Close to wonderful Florence attractions & restaurants. The only down side is no elevator but we got our steps in to help burn off all the gelato😂 The property manager met us at check in & hand is some great recommendations for places to eat!

Nice, convenient location, plenty of space, pretty views

Overall a good location that is close to many sites in Florence as well as a 15 min walk to the train station and light rail. Plenty of room for our group of 5 and the outdoor patio is nice with a views. Kitchen was well stocked; washer and dryer in unit are very helpful Very responsive on questions and check in. Would stay again next time in Florence.

Location was everything!!

We loved this VRBO and highly recommend it! It has 3 bedrooms which was great, a large kitchen, a deck, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which was super helpful. It was right next to the DUOMO which was fantastic and walking distance to everything. The showers were super small but I think that is a europe thing. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and quaint apartment in great location!

Great location, lots of room and very comfortable beds! Everything was under 20 min walk. The patio was amazing and we made the most of it even with the colder weather. Had everything we needed! One downside was low water pressure in one bathroom and very tight space around the toilet in the other. But well worth it for the overall amazing space!

Top floor Florence

Large apartment with plenty of space. Lots of stairs up, but nice to be so close to the centre of the city. The bathrooms could use a little maintenance, and it would have bee nice to have starter coffees, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap provided like other places, but overall very good.

Prime location

We loved staying in the heart of Florence- right near the Duomo. The flat was very authentic and roomy for 2 couples. We loved the outside space. The only challenge was the odd steps inside the flat either up or down one room to the next. We had to pay attention but once we were used to it, you kind of forgot the issue. The manager that checked us in was super helpful! I couldn’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Our family had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms provided ample space for us to spread out, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with views of the city and Duomo. The convenient location near shops, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants made it easy for us to access everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Our family truly enjoyed our visit, and we appreciated the unique features and architecture of the apartment that made our stay memorable.

Florence

House was great location great walking distance for site seeing & shopping. When we booked this in our search w had specific search criteria as being handicap accessible which was one reason for choosing, unfortunately this location is not that be sure you are able to walk up & carry up luggage 78 steps to enter the apartment. This was a bit of a challenge for one of our guests but we made it work. The place was beautiful & host was very nice & responsive.

Florence.....so much to see from this ideal spot Vrbo rental

Property on the top floor with no lift so be prepared to walk up a few steps. Apartment was a decent size with 3 good bedrooms....although you can hear every word between 2 of the bedrooms....paper thin walls. The 3rd bedroom was off set from the main living room and kitchen but did have access to outdoor balcony space....which was nice. The apartment was "trendy" in design but we didn't use the kitchen as out most of the time. Only negative.....2 bathrooms but 1 bathroom was super tiny and difficult to use the toilet due to space. Great location and we received good recommendations for local restaurants.

Almost perfect accommodation in the heart of Florence

Fantastic penthouse property literally a stones throw from the Duomo and fabulous restaurants and historically important architecture. 3 bedrooms, a big open plan kitchen / dining room and a small but perfectly formed balcony with a view of the Duomo top and synagogue off to the left. Great communication by the owner. 4/5 doesnt quite do it justice, but 5 would imply perfection. The minor blemishes? The two shower rooms are pretty cramped, and the showers, whilst perfectly adequate, lack water pressure to fully dowse you in water. And if youre not particularly fit, the 3 flights of steps to the top are a little tiring after a few goes as there are no lifts. But as a base for an.adventure around Florence this is damn close to perfect

Schöne große Wohnung im Herzen von Florenz

Schöne, große, historische Wohnung auf oberster Etage, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist super um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut sortierter kleiner Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das erste Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus, das mittlere hat kein Fenster, das man öffnen kann, an das dritte schliesst die Terrasse an. Alle drei sind ausreichend groß und mit genügend Schränken ausgestattet. Es gibt Klimaanlage und Heizung, so dass man gut temperieren konnte. Sehr gute feste Matrazen und zwei unterschiedlich feste Kissen zur Auswahl. Der Wohn-/Eßbereich ist prima für vier Personen und ausreichend mit Geschirr und Zubehör ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind beide sehr klein, das eine fast schon winzig. Es gab ein Starterpaket mit Seifen, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel. Die ruhige und überdachte Terrasse war toll und ist mit Esstisch und Couch ausgestattet.

Aloof unresponsive host

The hostess was simply uninterested in answering requests for three months prior to our arrival. Finally in the last week or so she told us she would be out of town and gave us the name of another person who would help out. This person agreed to meet us at the building at 11:30am so we could drop off our bags. But we stood outside a locked building door in the rain for 30 minutes before this person came down to let us in. Once in, the great room had a slight smell of mold, and we figured out on day 2 that the cleaning staff had inadvertently unplugged the refrigerator while putting the cleaning supplies against the plug.
