A truly amazing apartment!

One of the top 5 apartments that I have had the pleasure of staying in Italy. This apartment is truly modern with all the conveniences that make it feel like home. Excellent kitchen, washer and dryer work great. Huge dining/living area. Location was great...walking distance to everything. I give it my highest recommendation!

Wonderful apartment in Florence

The apartment was exactly as pictured online. It was very clean and had everything we needed (including coffee pods and sugar.). Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. He allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in which we really appreciated. It is in a great location close to everything. We would stay again.

Perfect for a group of 6!

The rooftop apartment was perfect for our family of 6. Gorgeous views of the rooftop, Duomo, Bell Tower, and beautiful sunsets every night. Spacious apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms all clean and nicely decorated. Big TV in the living room for the kids when they need a break. It was nice that the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and laundry detergent for the washing machine. A/C works extremely well. We even used the sewing kit in one of the drawers to fix the button on my husband’s shorts! We could have stayed for a week, no problem! Thank you Daniela, for being such a wonderful property manager, and thank you Max for the excellent and thorough checkin! We will be back! Kathryn G.

Outstanding Stay in Florence!

This apartment (on the seventh floor of an old, old building with elevator) was outstanding in every way. We spent a few days in Florence with our adult children, their spouses, and our preteen grandchildren. Max, the property manager, met us at the front door after prompt and easy text communication. His instructions about the little things (How does the front door work, HVAC, window locks, etc) were great. He had good advice about area details like where the easiest grocery was, things like that. He made settling in easy. The location couldn't be beat, a couple of blocks from the Duomo, five minutes' stroll from the Ponte Vecchio. The decor was beautiful and modern. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances you have in your own home and there was a utility room off the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer. The apartment came stocked with the little things that can drive you nuts when they're absent, such as sugar, coffee filters, coffee, oil, spices, dishwasher pods, etc etc. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. For a return trip to Florence, we'd absolutely stay there again! Highly recommended.

Stunning views, spectacular location

We wanted to stay somewhere near the center of Florence but far enough from the tourists where we could feel immersed…and this apartment absolutely delivered. The neighborhood was perfect with its countless amazing restaurants, and the views of the Duomo from the living room are even better than the pictures in the listing. And Daniela was an excellent host! A ten star experience, couldn’t have been happier. Thanks Daniela!

Perfect location and ample space!

We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) stay at the property and had plenty of room to feel comfortable and enjoy each others company. The location is perfect with walking distance to all major sites and right around the corner from the Duomo. The view is spectacular and it was wonderful to open the windows and hear the bells on Easter morning. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and the laundry was helpful and easy to use. The elevator is smaller and the apartment is on the 7th floor, but we had no issues taking turns splitting up and walking up or waiting turns for use. Daniela was extremely helpful with questions before we arrived and even went so far as to go to a restaurant we wanted to dine at to make a reservation. Max was easy to communicate with and made check in easy. I would highly recommend the apartment for families or large groups!

Exceeded my expectations!!!

The pictures are true to life. The location was perfect with a lot of cute restaurants and shops right around the corner, near all attractions. The host, very responsive, and the caretaker at the apartment when we arrived I was definitely stay there again.

Amazing Experience

This property was just as described, in the best part of town. Exceptionally well stocked and clean. But the most amazing part was Daniela, the owner and Max, the manager. The grace and support from these two lovely people was amazing! We arrived in the middle of a taxi strike, and at a time when flights were being cancelled constantly. They were so very flexible, gracious and supportive to our large family, we will forever be in debt. We cannot wait to return.

Perfection!

This penthouse was by far our favorite out of our multiple-city trip to Italy. Everything was smooth from check-in through checkout. Both Ruben and Daniela responded within 5 minutes whenever I reached out with a question. Penthouse was extremely clean, well-appointed (everything we needed was there) and I’d go back in a heartbeat and recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment was great. Other factors cut the overall rating.

Ruben was on time to meet us at the apartment, very pleasant, efficient and helped get the baggage into the elevator and the apartment. Showed how everything worked in the well-equipped apartment. He made sure we could communicate via e-mail. He asked if we had any questions and left. Very modern furniture, uncomfortable due to its being very low, and challenging to get up and down from. Bathrooms were great. The apartment was large. Apartment was close to major tourist attractions/sites, and the view, from the living room window, of the Duomo was wonderful. Check in was via the Keesy App. We spent over two hours one night in Rome, trying to complete the process. The app was very difficult to use, requested information was typed in or photo taken and sent, and the app would ask for it all to be re-entered again. After creating a user name and password, the app said “credentials are not valid”. Daniella had the Keesy people call me the next day, unfortunately, the call woke me up in the morning, and when asked to call back, they did not. We are a very computer savvy group, and use our cell phones for everything. Very difficult check in process. We had to take the trash to a trash collection point one third of a mile away. This was not mentioned in the apartment description. It was stated in the contract I signed, after all money was paid for the apartment. Each of the three women in our group said they would have felt very uncomfortable walking on the street after dark without me being with them, as there were men standing around in doorways or sitting on steps. An abandoned bicycle blocked the sidewalk all week, and beer bottles littering the street and sidewalk. For the above three reasons, we would not rent this apartment again.

Wonderful apartment! Great location with a view!

This apartment was very modern with all the conveniences and superb location. I’ve read previous reviews where people complained of the hot water, we had no issues with hot water and we have a family of six adults. The elevator was fine, we just loaded all luggage and young adults walked up. Not a problem. The bells were a bonus but honestly you hear them everywhere in Florence. This apartment was in a perfect location, close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Close to sites, as well. Plenty of space and AC worked beautifully! My only complaint was that you had to be out by 10am and could not check in any earlier than 3, but maybe all flat rentals work that way in Florence. Other cities we could check in at noon. They did allow us to drop off luggage early. Great place!
