We agree that a carpet would make the room even warmer, but for hygiene reasons we prefer not to put it because daily sanitization is easier to do on the floor and we are very careful about cleanliness.We do hope you can come back very soon and perhaps try another of our beautiful rooms.Best wishes

Dear Mrs Mendoza,We are really sorry to hear that you have had some problems with hot water.When you reported your issue to us, we were unable to verify it promptly because our maintenance technician is not on duty on Sundays.However, the following morning immediately after your departure, we checked pressure and temperature of the shower and we didn't find any issue.We do really care that our guests have an excellent experience here with us and if you had the impression we didn't care really saddens us. You have also been with us previously and you could check that there were no problems with pressure and hot water because in each room there is a 100 liter tank which is usually enough for 2/3 generous showers.Therefore we think that bad weather of last days may have compromised the correct functionality of the water supply.Wedo hope that this latest experience will not prevent you from returning to stay with us as soon as possible.With our warmest wishes

Unfortunately, even if all the rooms are equipped with machines with repellent liquid, it has been very hot in Florence in recent months and even now that it is autumn it is very hot with temperatures still summery even close to 30 degrees. The high temperature and the proximity of the Arno river mean that mosquitoes do not die as they should at the end of summer. We hope that this problem will not prevent you from returning soon.

Dear Guest, We are really very sorry that you did not have a pleasant stay and to tell the truth I would say you were unlucky. In the days you were in Florence the temperature was really very very high in an unusual way for May. Unfortunately the air conditioners in your room were damaged by this sudden strong heat and unfortunately the customer support of the air conditioners was slow in coming. As soon as we realized the problem we gave you a fan but I assume that being you pregnant maybe it wasn't enough. We are also very sorry because we were aware that you were here for the honeymoon and babymoon and we had prepared the room for the occasion with flower petals, candles and various hearts everywhere. As for the insects, I fear that having opened the windows they entered from the outside, they were harmless and not dangerous insects but I understand that it was not pleasant to find them in the room. However, on the day of your departure we checked the whole room and although we did not find any, we did the disinfestation. However, I am happy to announce that we have preferred to change the air conditioners in the room by putting two completely new ones and therefore from now on there will be no more problems. If you ever want to return to Florence, you know that you always have credit available.
