Really disheartening to leave a not so stellar review because the management does appear to be very sweet and helped with cute gestures to celebrate our babymoon.
Sadly, the hotel service was nice, but we encountered quite a few problems with the room itself. Let me start with - The location is great. The communication with the management was easy. However, we had some bugs in the bed (about five of them photographed). Also, the air conditioning did not work for two days, which made the visit super uncomfortable and unbearable given the 85-90 degree weather. Sadly, the hotel attempted to offer a fan, but it was just hot and humid in the apartment. Again, it really is a shame that there were pests in the bed and there was an issue with air conditioning. The hotel has attempted to give us credit for our next visit, but sadly, we won’t be staying here again.
We spent most of the day leaving the apartment and shopping/eating to avoid the heat, so If you don’t plan on spending much time in it, it’s fine.
In relation to the AC not working, we had let management know immediately. With respect to the bugs, we had let the maids know on the second day since we weren’t sure whether it was a regular issue - unfortunately, we found a handful of critters.
