The nightstand is a bit too small, and there aren’t enough outlets to charge our phones and other gadgets near the bed. It’s also a tad far from the station for our quick trip around town.

Campuccia apartment

Really nice apartment, great location, cool, airy and spacious. Access via online form filling fiddly and time consuming, but got there in the end. There was one major problem, bed bugs. These did not become fully apparent until after we had left. hence the one star. Without this it would have been 5 star.

Travel back in time to the 40's Italy

The apartment was old and needs some upgrades. The bathroom was a throw back to earlier times. The toilet was the old water tank on the wall and it ran water constantly and there was an odor. The kitchen was bare bones, nothing special. The court yard shared with full time residents was dirty. It was quiet. It's located in one of our favorite neighborhoods with several outstanding restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. Access was quite manageable for two elders.

Location is great, the rest is okay.

I'm giving this property 4 stars because of the outstanding communication/customer service of the host. This was our first time going to Florence and overall, we had a great trip. Positives: The location of this place was ideal - very close to everything. Even landmarks on the other side of the river were no more than a 25 minute walk. There were lots of great restaurants, cafes, etc within a 10 minute walk. We also liked that this apartment had lots of space as we were two couples traveling together. The neighbor who shared the terrace was very friendly as well. There was a marathon the day we were supposed to leave and we didn't find out until we tried to schedule a taxi late the night before. Host was extremely helpful in getting us one and had great communication the entire trip.Negatives: It was not as clean as other places we stayed during this trip. The "master" bed was extremely uncomfortable. The second room is actually two twin beds, not another double. The host told us that we needed to request it be made into a queen, but I never saw instructions to do so. The terrace does NOT look like the pictures - it is very messy (not the hosts fault, mess is from the neighbors). The shower is barely big enough to wash your hair without hitting your elbows. In order to open the front door, you also need to have cell phone service - could be tricky if you're traveling from another country and don't have data.Overall, it was a great stay and the host was very accommodating

Near everything!

Clean, safe, and quiet. Everything is within easy walking. The host was very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful when we needed anything. The park just a block away with a playground, a basketball court, and a soccer area made our stay easy with kids.

Home away from home in Santo Spirito

I loved the convenience of the location, a short walk to everything but on a quiet residential street. Spacious and on the ground floor, it was a quiet place to work from during the day and relax at in the night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is so interesting and far from the crowds, but an easy walk to points of interest, both of which we were grateful for. There are a number of lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment was as pictured and described. There is a lovely little park down the street, with a grocery store and nice cafés, plus a gelataria. The river is a short walk. Liza was very helpfu. We really enjoyed walking around the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

A quiet spot to come back to

This is a cozy apartment in a great neighborhood that is still very close to everything. We are a family of five and were quite comfortable during our stay, the apartment is nice and had everything we needed to cook meals, wash clothes, etc. There is a grocery store a block away and coffee and a cigarette shop that sells bus passes. The area is mostly locals so while busy and lived in, it's not frenetic like the tourist areas and felt refreshing after a day of dodging taxis. Host had good communication and was helpful when we needed help finding the washing machine, (in the courtyard) we would definitely stay here again!

Family Stay

Thank you for a lovely stay in Florence. We stayed here with our 3 children, 7, 5 and 2.5 years. It was really handy to have a playground and little supermarket down the road. The apartment had everything we needed and it was really easy to communicate with Flo Apartments once we were there via What's App, they were really quick to respond.

Fantastic stay

This is in a great neighborhood location around the corner from a park market and restaurants parking was a few blocks away and an easy exit from firenze for day trips. The assistance were received on check in was quick accurate and friendly, the unit is quite with and outside court to have morning coffee. We would love to stay again.

Perfect base for exploring Florence

We loved our time here, the apartment met all our needs after a busy (and hot!) time exploring the city. San Frediano is a charming area and felt very safe. The restaurant suggestions were helpful, and there is a fabulous gelateria just around the corner. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful.
