Property was very clean inside and out. Great yard for our dogs. Enough space and everything we needed. Easy to get ahold of Host. Very close to beach. Had a great time here !

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is very comfortable and well set up for vacationing. The beach is literally right around the corner. The patio has amazing sitting, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We loved watching several hummingbirds that were there. Will definitely go back.

Super clean and cute little place

This is a small home, but super clean and cute! Easy to get to and easy to get to shopping. We had an absolute blast! We went to the movie theater, we went out to many meals and just found our time away from home very relaxing!

Paradise in the rain

This property is great for anyone looking to be close enough to hear and see the ocean but not wanting to pay the price for it. The house is great it accommodated 4 adults, a 10yr old and 2 dogs no problem. You can hear the ocean all day and night and it's only a short walk away. The only bad thing here is all the rain. 8 days of rain and only 1 day of sun. Even with that it is a great place.

Well done! The only issue was inability to access sports channels without a laborious effort and even then required some information we did not have and so didn't get to watch.

We would love to stay again!

We were in Florence for a long Thanksgiving weekend with family. Our desire was to be able to take our 2 10# dogs, and a place with a fence yard. The home was perfect! If you're looking for something fancy... keep looking! But if you're looking for clean, stocked well, comfortable & homey... this home could be for you! Our furbabies really loved getting to take daily walks to play on the beach too. Also, Leslie (the property manager) was amazing! A huge thanks! Hope to see you again soon!

Great location and Dog Friendly

We are so thankful to have selected this dog-friendly property. Clean, all the amenities you could want and a great location to both Florence and the beach. Beds were super comfortable. The only drawback is we are "seniors" and the couch and one chair were too soft for us. Difficult to get up from.

Chillin' in Florence

Don't judge this property by the street view, as you won't be disappointed once you enter the gate. Beautiful, little, fully fenced yard where our Husky/Malamute mix was happy & secure. This is a singlewide with an addition for the dining area. The home was "squeaky" clean & we felt very safe being there during COVID. Especially after reading about all the precautions they took. The property manager, Leslie from Whale's Watch, is extremely accommodating & helpful. The neighborhood is quiet & you can hear the waves from the porch. They have stocked the kitchen well but if you need something there is a little store right up the street at the RV park. HWY 1 is not far & there's a multitude of places to shop. The property is not modern & fancy but VERY comfortable & homey. Our visit was in the winter, during some bad storms but we were always comfortable & the house was warm upon arrival. Plenty to do as there are games, movies & puzzles. There's even sand chairs & toys in the garbage shed. I have 2 knee replacements & was happy to find that the short walk to the beach is an easy one but there is also room to park. Your dog can be off leash if well behaved& you can walk the beach for hours rain or shine. My husband & I recently retired & this was a perfect place to decompress! We look forward to returning one day with our son & his family.

Outdated Mobile Home

Imagine traveling back in time to visit your grandparents and that would describe this home. The location is great, very secluded location. 2 issues that surfaced during our stay. 1. When you opened the refrigerator door the fish smell was absolutely overwhelming and emitted into the kitchen area it was so strong. I would venture to guess the prior guess had fish stored inside the refrigerator. I did email the management company who offered a less than satisfactory excuse of it being crab season and the smell is normal and also relayed the refrigerator was cleaned and inspected prior to our arrival. 2. The bedroom pillows are old and smell like body odor. Regardless of washing the bed linen, pillows need to be changed out frequently and these were old and smelled. I left a day earlier than my check out time based upon these 2 issues. I have stayed at several VRBO’s in the area and this one I will not return to.

Fun & a great location!

Very well appointed! Had everything we needed! Took my 87 year olds mother there as well as my dog Bear... we had a wonderful time!! Perfect location!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our pups along the coast, but away from home (we live in Forest Grove). This place was perfect. It was even more perfect in person. Like being in a zen garden. We could hear the ocean all night and walked to it in the mornings. I picked Florence due to it's location and quaintness. Although it rained most of the time, we made the best of it and went hiking and to the lighthouse and other beaches. We will definitely be back. I really can't say enough except I wished we had more time.

Sweet place, lovely kitchen

We really enjoyed this place and the short walk to the beach. Very well-appointed kitchen, better than some fancier places I've been. Very comfortable. Only negatives: noisy furnace, one sticky top nightstand, big leather chair hard to get out of for a 72-year old. Small things; we would definitely come back.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed walking the dog to the beach, and the dog liked the fenced yard at the property. The rental had everything we needed plus more!

Perfect beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property and we brought our Corgi as well. The home was very clean and had everything with we needed . The kitchen was well stocked and the queen bed was comfortable. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house. It’s a great place for couples or a small family. There is only one bathroom and it has a shower-no tub. We would definitely stay here again.
