Estimado cliente Ni siquiera debería responder porque comienza su revisión con un término altamente ofensivo, ya que ofensivo es todo lo que sigue. Ella llegó temprano en la mañana en la recepción de nuestro tercer piso, ya enfermo en nosotros, preocupándonos inmediatamente por el garaje. Cuando le dije que el garaje contratado aplicaba a nuestros clientes el precio de € 20.00 ella dijo que un estacionamiento cuadrado para nosotros en los límites del centro recibe menos. Siendo la habitación Elisa de lujo de nuestra Residencia Histórica en el primer piso pero ocupada, mi hijo amablemente la acompañó al garaje. Por la tarde se volvió a nosotros y dijo que había que dejar porque su esposa no estaba bien y me he ofrecido a descansar a la dama en la habitación y ella se negó, ya que también se negó a ver la habitación que quería demostrar que de todos modos. El garaje me llamó para decirme que te ibas. Llamé a Expedia (Hotels.com) para explicar lo que sucedió. Luciano Michel

Dear Sam, Many thanks for your nice review. Since the mentioned roaches were not in the room, we believe that they were not in the apartment. If by property you mean the common ground floor, you might be right because of the garden outside. We shall investigate about that and take action. Dear Yuval, Many thanks for your kind review. Must specify that the Board of Arts had authorized a small elevator in the courtyard for not ruining the fifteenth century stairs. We finally managed to install it a couple of months ago. It is slow because for technical reasons ( oil system ) . Could carry max 300 kg and definitely not accessible by guests with a wheel chair. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, I would like to clarify the following points: 1) The gate, the apartment door, the hallway door and the skeleton key opening the actual room all have the objective of ensuring our guests' safety, and that of their belongings. The way the keys work is pretty straightforward and, in our experience, guests are grateful for the added protection of locked doors behind them; 2) Being at a stone's throw from the Dome and all the main historic sights, the neighborhood is safe, with added protection ensured by police patrols. Our neighborhood of Firenze Santa Maria Novella square is one of the most renowned and respected in downtown Florence; 3) The Pitti Fashion week was in full swing during your stay, with parties galore all over Florence and all through the night. A close-by restaurant confirmed that the noise was coming from a party held in their premises and apologized profusely to us. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the party; 4) As detailed in every Expedia reservation, our offer is "room only" and we do not have a license to serve breakfast; as you point out, we do provide, however, free-of-charge packed croissants and muffins, a bottle of mineral water, a kettle with instant coffee and a selection of teas, an empty fridge and a free bottle of Chianti wine as a welcome drink. 5) We are sorry that you didn't agree with the rate.
