Bonito hotel, detalles y lujo 20 min del centro
El hotel es tal y cómo se ve en las fotos. Es muy bonito y lleno de detalles de lujo. El personal de la recepción más que amables. Mi esposo tuvo un problema de infección en un ojo y ellos llamaron a un Dr que vino a vernos al hotel. Los amenities (shampoo, body lirios y demás deliciosos con aroma a limón y gengibre.. son originarios de Florencia. Si no te importa caminar 20 minutos a donde está toda la acción, éste sin duda es un hotel recomendable. El personal del desayuno podría mejorar su actitud... en general en mi viaje a Italia he recibido actitudes prepotentes y desagradables de muchas personas. Ahora que aquellos que son amables... en verdad te hacen sentir muuuy bien.

el hotel es una villa del siglo19 bien conservado no se encuentra en el duomo pero 10 minutos a pie pero se encuentra cerca a la estación ofrecen un desayuno masque normal las habitaciones son grandes con una terrazita es completamente recomendable

En realidad para ser un hotel 5 estrellas por lo menos debiera regalarte una botella de agua. Solo desayunábamos y dormíamos. Nada parecido a los hoteles 5 estrellas en América.

Hotel de lujo con decoracion muy adecuada al lugar
Hotel de lujo cerca de la estacion de trenes, decorado muy al estilo de los castillos de reyes romanos, Caminando llegas en pocos minutos al centro historico y con seguridad. A dos cuadras del rio. El desayuno buenisimo¡¡¡¡ Las camas y almohadas deliciosas.

Hotel bonito, Bien ubicado, el unico problema que tuvimos es que cuando llegamos tenpian problemas con el sistema y no podían checar nuestras reservas ni darnos llaves electrónicas, pero inmediantamente nos dieron llaves tradicionales, y nos asiganaron dos habitaciones. Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de todo, cuenta con estacionamiento pequeño, que ya estaba lleno pero hay un garage en la esquina muy cerca del hotel, Lucerna es una ciudad muy bonita. para poder caminar y recorrerla, la ventaja es que hay paquetes que incluyen el dasayuno lo que ahorra tiempo para poder conocer mas la ciudad y muy biuena calidad enlos alimentos. Los paquetes tenían internet incluido a lo cual no tuvimos problema alguno.... muy buen hotel a precios muy razonables.

Hotel precioso. Excelentes instalaciones. El único detalle: el baño muy chico, apretado. Atención del personal muy cordial. Tranquilo, Sin ruido. Un poco alejado de las atracciones turisticas, pero iguak vake la pena.

Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I was told by a friend the smell is quite typical in Italy because the buildings are usually pretty old. Maybe the hotel can consider adding screens to windows so guest can open the windows to let air circulate. This will help. Other than that I have no complains

Nice property but felt a little cold. Bathtub was split in two by a wall and tub leaked all over floor. Kinda far to walk to bridges and restaurants. Nice staff and courtyard.

Avoid this hotel!!
Staff was rude on arrival. Our bathroom show was full of black mold. Hotel was full until the next day when we finally got moved to a clean room. Housekeeping the second day either threw away or stole our packages from Hermes and Gucci. Miraculously they were found hours later in their "dumpster". Was offered no consideration or sincere apology. The lobby and courtyard were nice.

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. In the first room that they gave us the Airconditioning made a loud screeching sound. In the second room, the ac did not work. For $550 euros a night they didn’t even provide coffee in the room. When speaking to the desk staff they appeared bothered rather than helpful.
