I love this place. The cottage is cozy, with big windows that catch the sunset, a fenced deck that my dogs and I both loved, a well-equipped kitchen, and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is a quick walk away (although a steep hill to climb on the way back) and it’s huge and empty. Florence is a nice little town. The center, with restaurants and shopping, is a few miles away with lots of useful stuff (like grocery stores) in between. Yachats and Cape Perpetua are not far. When one of my dogs got sick on the last day and I had to extend my stay, management was flexible. I’ve adopted this place and hope/plan to return next year.

Clean Comfy Cottage

This cottage is clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was there in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. This is a classic 1950's beach cottage and we loved it. The property management let us check in early, Leslie was super nice and very professional. We will visit again!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

Everything about our stay went great! It was easy to locate, and clean and nice when we got there. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us and our fur baby. We enjoyed being close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.

It would of been nice without the smell.

As soon as you walked in, you could smell the damp musty/mildew. I had a hard time breathing and had to wear a mask so I could sleep in the bedroom. I get there by the ocean but really should not have carpeting without a proper dehumidifier.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay at this home. The owner put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and cozy place for guests. Everything was very clean and having the washer/dryer included was very convenient. We were able to bring our golden retriever and I think he just had the best time ever with the proximity to the beach and nearby hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this vrbo.

I was so impressed with the warmth and coziness of the home. Very welcoming, in fact a lovely card & note was there to welcome me. Sweet place to hang out! Close enough to the beach that you want. Close enough to town that you can drive and eat at some really great restaurants or find other activities to do in town. This house is small, but very cozy!

Excellent beach house

We loved staying in this cozy home. Leslie was excellent at commmunicating with me, and helped replace the broken coffee pot immediately. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the little view of the ocean was just enough to feel like you're right on the beach. We also appreciated the beach toys for my toddler. It's a very well thought out rental and one that I would visit again.

Great place!

The house was perfect for two couples. The decor is tastefully done. It was stocked with everything needed and more…books, games, first aid kit. The kitchen included enough dishes, utensils, drink ware and cookware options. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or a quick drive to Florence. We visited Thor’s Well and Heceta lighthouse. We hope to return when we visit the area again.

Super comfortable king size bed; quiet stay, but you need to enjoy the sound of roosters and chickens from next door; its something to consider. The nice neighbor did offer us fresh eggs anytime! Taking garbage out is a bit difficult and not easy for seniors and the brick walkway can be dangerous; lots of bricks raised up. Nice and close to beach. We had a nice rest

Just loved this home! Comfortable. Clean. Loved the decor! Washer and dryer which is a plus when traveling. Only one thing: there are roosters next door so bring your earplugs! Lol.
