Muy amplio y cómodo A 2 min caminando de la estación central del tren, no se ocupa Uber ni taxi, a todo Florencia llegas caminando y conoces mejor la ciudad

Habitación normal, solo tiene aire una de las dos habitaciones, en fotos se ve mejor de lo que es, sin embargo esta bastante decente y no es una mala opción.

Location was good if you want to be by the train. Nice to have 2 bedrooms. Mold in shower and ants in the kitchen. Washer in apt was helpful. No dryer. Trash disposal needs an app. Only gave 2 towels for 5 nights.

The apartment was perfect for a few days in Florence. It was close enough to the sights to walk and had plenty of food options around. The apartment was clean and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in in the apartment.

Nice place, very clean and pretty close to Santa Maria Novella train station. Everything was just as advertised. Easy check in process.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. They helped us with the cab, dinner, luggage storage, a package handoff, super super helpful. Would definitely use them again.

So this place almost gonna find Star it’s a beautiful apartment big as a bedroom and separate the living room kitchen really nice first the television doesn’t work remote controlled. Didn’t have batteries and the TV doesn’t work.. and the shower door was Brocken. Other than that is a very centric location and a beautiful apartment. .

Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.

The apartment is on the ground floor with one bedroom window facing the street with noise from people walking by all night, and the front door of the building gets stuck and makes a very big noise every time it's opened and closed that wakes anyone sleeping in the bedroom. Also there is a very strange flight of stairs up to the apartment, and then immediately a flight of stairs down once you get into the apartment, making it very difficult to get luggage in and out. The bathroom is also incredibly small and the shower is too small for anyone other than a child to take a shower. We had a very bad experience.

The air conditioner in the living room was not working at all. We reported it to customer service and someone came to "monitor" the AC. This person reported back to customer service that the AC was working fine, so no one came to fix the AC. The heat in the apartment was unbearable. The 3rd bedroom did not have AC so we had to move a mattress to the 2nd room in order for our 3 kids to sleep all cramped in this 2nd room. The AC in the main room was barely cooling, making it very uncomfortable to sleep as the heat was intense. Customer service did no provide and refunds and supposedly the manager was going to reach out but up to this date we have not heard from anyone. A Horrible stay overall, with personnel that lied on the AC's condition, providing no real solutions to fix the AC.

An absolutely horrible experience!!! Do not book! It started with a good communication with servicing company, I was able to leave my bags at 11:30 It was not mentioned in the listing that I had to walk up the 3rd Euro floor (4th US) with my heavy bags without any elevator. When I left the bags I noticed that Aircondition was off in the apartment and it showed 32.4 temp. I messaged the company to make sure to turn air con on to cool off the place. When I came back from extremely hot weather outside, nothing was on. Not the air con in the living room not in the 2 bedrooms( 3rd bedroom has no air con which was not mentioned as well). I was able to start the air con in 2 bedrooms and it was not doing much cooling while living room air con was it working. I messaged the company and they sent someone who confirmed that air con was broken. They would come to fix it the next day. Meanwhile, I had to squeeze our 4 people into 2 bedrooms with the bigger one where I had to sleep 3 people on the double bed with some inadequate air conditioning where I would sweat without using the blanket. In the morning I went on the trip and the company said they fixed the air con in the living room. When I came back only hot air was coming out of it and the wall thermometer showing 32.4. I took my things and left the hot hell and booked a room in the hotel near by. The company only offered apologies and no reimbursement for I went through. The manager never reached out to me.
