Wonderful Cottage
This is a beautiful and well-appointed beach cottage. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The beds were soft and cozy, linens were high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked so that we could cook everything we needed. Tammy was really responsive and very considerate of our comfort. She's got a lovely design eye and we had the most relaxing getaway.

Nice bright home close to the beach
Nice little home, perfect for 2-4 people. Bright with big windows and a great porch for sitting in the sun. Very close to the beach, but a super quiet location (except for the ocean waves). Had absolutely everything we needed.

Great work-cation!
My co-worker and I (both teachers) decided to come to Florence to have a weekend to work on our student report cards. It was a productive weekend, with the ability to take a couple of refreshing breaks as needed. Communication was great, as Tammy promptly answered any questions we thought of before booking. She checked in by text and email, and we knew before arriving that we wouldnt have anything to worry about! The house was wonderful, and we lucked out with perfect weather. It was nice to be able to take a quick walk down to the beach when needed, and all the little details were taken care of, so our stay was comfortable. It was a productive weekend, and we think we just might have to do it again! Maybe weve started a new tradition! Wifi was dependable, so we could both get things done without interrupion, the kitchen was sufficient, with all the necessities, and the space was perfect. Nicely decorated, cozy and a great stay! I hope to come back with friends or family, now that I've discovered this little gem! Thank you!

Beautiful location
This beach bungalow is so beautiful and well stocked. You cant beat the location! Its literally across the street from the beach. Kids loved the beach toys and my 2 yr daughter kept saying she didn't want to leave lol we would love to stay here again and Tammy was an awesome host !

Beautiful renovated bungalow
We loved this place. The bungalow is so nicely decorated. The main room has a very large window front, giving a lot of day light. In general spacious space for vacation and very comfortable and very clean. Nice view on the ocean. It was just perfect!

Wonderful home and location; great VRBO host
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Little Beach Bungalow. The proximity to the beach and to Old Town Florence was great! We liked the feel of Florence as it was not quite so resorty and busy as other Oregon Coast towns we visited. Our Host Tammy was super responsive and available almost immediately.

Quiet Peaceful location
Well kept property - loved hearing the ocean. Nice view of the ocean even with nearby hotel. Well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. Convenient location to area attractions. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we needed help with Netflix. Would recommend to others.

The listing is very accurate for this cozy and welcoming spot. Just one block up from the beach it’s a great (quiet) location. We enjoyed the deck, comfy couch, the extra bathroom, and the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely return.

Beach Guest House
We stayed at the little beach house for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the space and the location. We cook most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed for that including lots of spices. Tammy is super responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do while we were in the area. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house with a deli, small market and coffee shop that you pass by on the way. All the tables at the coffeeshop/deli have commanding views of the water. It is about a 10-15 minute drive into Florence that has lots of local shops, good restaurants, coffee shops, and a few galleries. We highly recommend the Sea Lions Cave, walks at Cape Perpetual and, if you're up for a gorgeous 45 minute drive (one way) and 2 mile hike, go to Sweet Creek Trailhead. It's a beautiful hike through the woods along a creek with multiple waterfalls along the way.

What a great little place! The bungalow was perfect for our visit to the area. So much attention to detail! We felt very comfortable in the bungalow and welcomed. Very quiet area. Everything you would ever need stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend the Fresh Harvest Cafe. Excellent food and atmosphere. Best eggs Benedict ever! Thank you Tammy.

Wonderful little cabin just a short walk from the beach! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and even a nice supply of games and puzzles. We had a nice relaxing stay.

Great stay. Chose Florence so we could see our children and grand children for Christmas. Plenty of room for us great views even though we had some rainy weather. Very clean and cozy throughout. TV WIFI easy to use and worked perfectly. We will return and recommend to our friends. Great Host also. friendly and available.

Everything went super smoothly. The property was very clean and well stocked for us for the week. It was very comfortable and convenient to the beach- we went to the beach daily and really enjoyed our time there. I would strongly recommend this house for a small group. The owner helped to make it a very easy vacation time for us with suggestions for different hikes, etc… that helped as well.

Cutest and most perfect place we have ever stayed!
Tammy, who was the host, was helpful from the very beginning of our booking, we had some problems initially with the VRBO booking site, but Tammy quickly resolved it. Her place on the coast could not be more perfect. Decorated too perfection, with every detail you could think of. We had some crazy issues with our Avis rental car and were so flustered we kept messing up our keycode entry once we got there, Tammy was patient and kind. Walking distance from the beach, close to town and an amazing local bar and restaurant right down the road. I will definitely be booking here again and recommending it to everyon I know! Pick this one! :)

Close and comfy stay near the beach and Old Town Florence
This was a nice stay, conveniently located near loads of surrounding beauty and the charming town of Florence. The house has sliding doors for the rooms and main bathroom, which though aesthetically lovely, don't block noise well for those turning in early, but the hosts provided a small fan that helped buffer the noise. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples though the half bath is very small, so keep in mind it will be more like a one bath.

We had an amazing stay. This house is smartly laid out, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and blissfully comfortable - especially the bed! Terrific bedding and wow, the mattress. We have never slept so well at a rental and we have stayed at many. Tammy is a fantastic host, very helpful and communicative, and her restaurant recommendations are on point. It’s an easy walk to Heceta Beach, which is truly stunning; we so enjoyed our long, daily strolls on the sand. We cannot wait to go back!

Classy home in great location
The best thing about this house is the location, with beach views and just a very short walk from the beach. But the house itself is a pleasure. It has a sense of calm and is beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a great two night stay. The owner even made beach chairs and firewood available. We had everything needed to prepare nice meals. The DR table is a work of art and the space felt airy and more spacious than it actually is. We definitely want to return.
