Firenze en el Cestello.
Una buena experiencia en un sitio diferente en Firenze. Magnífica ubicación y excelente punto cercano a restaurantes de buenas hechuras. Muy padre la ambientación de este lugar.

Buena opción calidad-precio
Buen hotel, hay que avisar con tiempo si uno llega despues de las 7pm sino te haces un lio para que alguien te pueda ayudar. Habitacion super buena, baño muy bueno tambien. El área es perfecta pues queda muy cerca del centro (10 min caminando), hay restaurantes muy buenos por la zona. Si van en carro tomen el servicio de parking que ofrece el hotel pues es barato comparado con los parquimetros de la zona y adicional que vigilan fuertemente y multan si te pasas unos pocos minutos (no nos pasó pero vimos muchos carros multados). Por mejorar tambien es que un dia salimos tarde y luego nunca arreglaron nuestra habitación.

Bonito, concepto diferente, excelente ubicación.
Es un hotel bonito y con excelente ubicación, sin embargo, su publicidad es un poco engañosa, las imágenes de las fotos corresponden a una Master Suite, el hotel se encuentra ubicado dentro de una gran y antigua casona, en tercer nivel, el elevador es muy pero muy antiguo, muy reducido y bastante sucio, la habitación que me asignaron se encontraba en algo así como un nivel anexo (4o nivel) al cual se accede por unas reducidas escaleras, la vista muy bonita y la habitación muy confortable aunque diferente a lo que ofertan en sus imágenes. Por motivos de la aerolínea, llegue dos horas después del tiempo previsto y no había nadie para recibirme, tuve que llamar al numero registrado y 30 minutos después llego alguien a darme el check in.

The hotel isn’t difficult to find as long as you have a map, and it’s within a reasonable walking distance from the train station. There’s a small sign outside indicating the front door. I don’t recall any communication prior about the system for entering, but it seemed that I wasn’t the only one confused. A small group of us arrived around the same time and we were all poking the door and looking around until one person buzzed up. They opened the door remotely—it opens on its own, but very slowly—and then the gate will also unlock at the same time. Now that you’re inside the gate, there’s an elevator. It can hold two people or one person bags. The hotel is on the third floor (that’s the fourth floor if you’re American) and there might also be another locked door here. Don’t worry—you will receive keys to let you in all of these places. The reception area has places to sit, and I also saw a lot of baggage sitting around here, waiting for owners who had checked in or out. My room was up another flight of very tiny, narrow, winding stairs. It was clean and tidy, with coffee and tea and water and toiletries. There was a mini fridge, kettle, espresso pod machine and a safe. The shower was narrow, speaking as a fairly small person, and the bed was firm (which I like). The TV remote didn’t respond well, so I gave up on that. Other than the remote, my only real complaint is that the walls are thin. Your neighbors WILL hear your conversations. Other than that, it was great.

Great stay!
Great stat! The gals at the front desk were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Cleans rooms. Shower was small, but somewhat expected for Europe. Location was great because it is close to/in the more residential area of Florence so our meals/gelato/coffees were 100% better than when we got the same items in the more “touristy” places.

The hotel was not up to the cost of the room, which was dusty, from furniture to floor. The air conditioning didn’t work and the shower head didn’t work. Very disappointed ☹️ Would not recommend it to anyone

Lovely stay in Florence
A special thanks to Federica who has welcomed us very friendly. She also supported us with any questions and helped us to solve some problems which occured during our road tripp. We felt very welcome at our stay. The room was really tiny but we only stayed 2 nights so it was okay for us. It was clean and air conditioned with a lovely view over the old town. The hotel is well located, you reach anything by foot and there are good restaurants nearby.

Gorgeous view in an enormous room
Federica and Roxy will help you with all your questions before and during your stay. The room is crazy spacious, super clean and very comfortable. I used it to prepare for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Gigantic mirror!!

Super Lage, schönes und gemütliches Zimmer
Das Zimmer war eher klein aber sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Nebst einem Wasserkocher gab es sogar eine Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee und Wasser waren gratis. Der Parkservice lief einwandfrei. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Kommunikation war super, stets schnelle und sehr freundliche Antworten. Die vier verbrachten Nächte im Hotel waren sehr schön und wir konnten Florenz sehr geniessen, da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt und alles per Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastic location and rooms.
Only one word to describe this place. FANTASTIC! Right in the centre 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. It's the place to be for the in- crowd.Loved the area and the room was to die for.

Building is old but comfortable, excellent service
We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service! Room is comfortable too.

Bella suite vista fiume/ Firenze . A mio avviso, parcheggio TROPPO ( 27 euro al giorno ) caro ma immagino sia perché Firenze sia una mini città in confronto a Roma e di conseguenza i prezzi siano più alti ovviamente . Posizione OTTIMA vista che si sta a due passi da ponte vecchio ed il centro in generale . Scomodo anche il discorso che non esiste una colazione nella struttura ma bisogna andare al bar convenzionato , non che sia un grosso problema perché avendo la macchina del caffè a capsule in camera, due merendine o un pandoro visto il periodo in cui siamo andati ed il gioco é fatto . Costo ? 430 euro più 18 euro di tassa di soggiorno per 3 giorni e 2 notte. Il prezzo é nella norma visto che parliamo di capodanno ! Nel complesso lo consiglio sicuramente , soldi permettendo a chi interessa il tipo di camera e il discorso del parcheggio .

Siamo stati dal 24 dicembre fino al 27 dicembre, che dire tutto favoloso, stanza capiente e pulita, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, pulizie stanza giorno dopo ottimali, poi a due passi da ponte vecchio. Da provare, se ritorno a Firenze sicuramente riprenoto.
