Un hotel muy cerca de todo lo turístico
Nos encanto el hotel, es como si te quedaras en un cuarto de un castillo, todo esta muy cerca y tiene un carefour al lado para comprar comida.

Se puede mejorar
No fue estupenda pero tampoco un desastre. Por el precio pagado al menos el recepcionista debió de estar en el hotel en la hora de nuestra llegada, lo tuve que esperar, la limpieza debe de ser mucho mejor, no estaba sucio pero tampoco bien limpio, las toallas tienen que cambiarlas a diario. El desayuno es bueno, tiene variedad. Volveria pero no como mi primera opcion.

Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions.

Schwer zu finden, kein Hinweis. Etage mit mehreren Zimmern in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Desinteressierter Service sowohl bei ein- als aus auschecken. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage super. Ca 15 min Fußweg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nette Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine nette Bewertung zu schreiben. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir uns in einer historischen Residenz befinden. Ich weiß, dass es schwierig ist, Bed & Breakfasts in Residenzen zu finden, aber das ist kein Grund zur Sorge.

Çok merkezi konumda bir bed & breakfast. Görevliler çok sıcak kanlı ve yardımsever. Odalar temiz, eski ve otantik bir bina. Otel olmadığı için 24 saat resepsiyon beklentisine girmeyin. Anahtarınızı alıp istediğiniz saatte kendiniz girip çıkıyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, İtalyan kahvaltılıkları. Kahvaltı salonunda İstediğiniz zaman kullanabileceğiniz Espresso makinesi de var. Arka tarafta kalan odalara geçiş dar bir koridordan. Wifi hızlı.

The bed needed to be replaced- broken springs along one edge! Very very basic, except the breakfast, which was a lovely, plentiful continental breakfast if you got there right at 8. It is a 20 minute walk to all the sites (which feels long when it is so hot in July!), 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella station, and a 6 minute walk to a great price-fixed place for dinner, Trattoria do Giorgio (Only 15 Euro per person for 1/4L wine or soda, a primi piatta like pasta and an entree + a side dish...so yummy, we went both nights we were in Florence. Get there close to 7 if you can, or you may be waiting a while).

Jolie petit hôtel
Très bon petit déjeuner, atmosphère agréable, une belle petite terrasse et un très bel emplacement avec des restaurants et une pharmacie à proximité. Par contre, à cause de la fenêtre que le propriétaire laissait ouverte en notre absence, beaucoup d’insectes rentrait dans la pièce. Le lit pourrait être plus confortable. En somme un endroit agréable et jolie

WORST EVER STAYING EXPERIENCE
Can not be worse. It's local ONS guest house and not a hotel. Entrance locked, property doors locked and no one to open for 30 minutes. I stand on rad knocking the door for 30 minutes. Can you beat that? Once a guy turned up who is supposed to be manager, from outside, he shared two codes to get in. I booked the best/largest room, but what I was given was the left out room. No A/C, plenty of mosquitoes, no warm water and moreover, no one to attend you in case if you die there. TOILET IN THE CORRIDOR. WORST EVER STAYING EXPERIENCE.

We don't know if we have to laugh for your horror book comment, because, for your ignorance, this is a B&B, you have arrived beyond the booking time, therefore, we could also not open the door and not let you in. ... PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS ... THANK YOU !! As for the mosquitoes, in every room there was a product suitable for killing mosquitoes, but you always did not even see by ignorance !!, and then, breakfast was specified that it was continental and not American !!! ! .... for the air conditioning, the problem had been solved, because the technician arrived the same day .... if you are used to living in luxury in India, then some 5-STAR HOTEL and no B&B !!! !

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, aussen kaum sichtbar angeschrieben. Der Staff ist sehr nett, die Räume aber extrem hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist dürftig. Die kleine Terasse ist sehr schön.

Bien située et très propre. Personnel agréable. Petit-déjeuner copieux, café exquis, mais exclusivement du pain et des pâtisseries de grande distribution. Mini frigo bien utile dans la chambre. La chambre 101 donne sur la rue bruyante! Dégât des eaux apparent sur le mur contigu à la salle de bain (sec mais pas décoratif). Manque de tablettes près du lavabo et dans la douche, d'un éclairage au-dessus du bureau (chambre sombre).

Ensinnäkin tämä ei ole hotelli, se sanoo myös Hotels.comissa .... niin lukea ennen kuin varaat. Secondo, Jos et pidä heistä, voisit jopa sanoa sen, koska puhuitte myös italiaksi. Järjestelmän virheen takia maksit lauantaina 25. toukokuuta 60 euroa. Ehkä hän ei edes huomannut tätä, tai koska mies, kuten hänen ikääntyneen, joka halusi tehdä nuoresta naisestaan niin kauniin ja kauniin ..... !!, vei hänet rakenteeseen niin kurjaan hintaan! ! .... Aamiaiseksi on myös kuvattu, että se on italialainen mannermainen eikä mikään tyyli !!!

Tek büyük yatak yerine yana yana getirilmiş iki yatak pek rahat değildi. Banyodaki duş kabini çok küçük idi, içinde iken kendi etrafımızda dönmek bile zordu. Sabit olması gereken malzemeler yerinden oynuyordu. Şampuan ve diğer banyo malzemeleri çok az bırakılmıştı. Üç gece kaldık, bu süre içinde ne havlular değişti, ne de çarşaflar. Sabah kahvaltısı saat 8'de başlıyordu, saati çok geçti ve bize uymadı. Kahvaltı zaten çok az malzemeli idi, Akdeniz ülkesi olmasına rağmen, domates veya yeşillik yoktu. Odamız sokağa bakıyordu ve çok gürültülü idi, ses izolasyonu şahane değil. Bunları umursmam diyorsanız kalınır, ben bir daha kalmam sanırım. Havaalanı-otel transferi var yazıyor web sayfasında, yok. Zaten İngilizce bilen de yok sayılır.

Konuşuyoruz, iyi şiltelerimiz var, maalesef bir yatak tarzına alışkınsanız bizim hatamız değil. Küçük duş kabini için, ilk duyduğumuzda, hassas hale getirelim, duş kutusu 80 cm genişliğindedir. Şampuanlar ve sabunlar için sadece kullanıldıkları takdirde konurlar. Hangi malzemeleri söylediğini anlamıyoruz! Tuhaf görünüyor, çünkü ikinci gün, her zaman havluları değiştiriyoruz, ve onları yere koyabiliyor olsaydınız ... simple.Breakfast saat 8'de başlayıp 10.15'te bitiyor, sizden bugüne kadar hiç kimse şikayet etmedi. Lütfen rezervasyon yaptığınızda kontinental kahvaltı yazıldığını, çoğunuzun sadece düşük fiyata baktığını görüyoruz. Odanızın caddeye bakan en büyük, ama biz elimizden gelenin en iyisini verdiysek özür dileriz. Üstelik gürültü özneldir! B & B'den havalimanına müşterileri için bir otobüse binmemiz gerekmiyor ... Bence, Türkiye'ye geldiğimde bile, bu tecrübelerim için bile, tüm bu hizmetler mevcut değildi! Sarhoş karı ve şarap varil dolu olabilir! Acaba, Türkiye'den bir B & B'yi eleştirmek veya Floransa'daki harika beşiği ziyaret etmek için geldin mi?

good B&B in Firenze
La Corte dei Principi has some rooms in one of the buildings in Firenze. We enjoyed staying in an authentic building rather than a larger hotel. The staff was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The only drawback is that it is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the Historic Area.

Perfect spot at a good price
Found this last minute and what a steal for the price. It's situated in a great location outside of the main city center area but within 15-25 minute walk anywhere in Florence. The hotel is a little hard to find but look for the Officina restaurant and the hotel door is right there. You have to park at a local garage which there is one down the road for $25 euro a night. It does have A/C and breakfast. Wifi was sketchy. Overall, great find for the price.

Recomendado.
O local é bem localizado, com vários restaurantes por perto, mas que fecham cedo. Há também um supermercado ao lado. O quarto é super confortável e bem limpo. O staff foi muito simpático e cordial. Não tomamos café da manhã por lá, mas é um seviço extra que está disponível. Super recomendado!!

Non abbiamo commenti su di voi, perchè un cliente su 3000 che mi dice letto scomo, meglio non dire nulla, tanto parlano gli altri commenti positivi, per poi non dire nulla della colazione, sembra che volete la carne fiorentina e per poi, non voglio ridere perchè mi dite lontano dal centro 10 minuti al duomo 15 minuti dal pnte vecchio, questa è la rispota, ora domando io, ma siete mai stati in albergo?...cmq giudizio su di voi zero spaccato!!!

The most horrible service we ever received!!!
We spent 10 min. trying to find the hotel till locals pressed a button in an ordinary apartment building. The sealing in hotel (picture attached) under the stairs was too low and not marked. I hit my head and scratched glasses. In shower no body wash. Everything felt humid, cold and even clothes became wet. Opening the cover on the bed we found some insects!!! Next morning we complained and asked to give us a heater or do something. Reception spoke very poor English, but screaming that they not going to do anything and one complain doesn't change hotel’s rating! They don't care about us! We decided to leave, even next night was payed. On the way out from the hotel ran into another person who called himself manager and tried to explain again how bad was our day. He looks as drank! He had the terrible response seemed be happy that we are leaving. Last we heard was Get out! Thanks Hotels.com, they kindly responded to the horrible situation and refunded payment as well as all points.

lot seem of disappointing surprises
We booked this hotel a week before our trip to Florence. It was the only hotel available under €100 a night. CON - no parking - unless you are willing to pay €25 a night for their parking, there is none available. It is located in a residential area so the city won't let you park on the streets legally. we spent an hour the first night trying to find parking. It was a nightmare. Also the website failed to tell us parking would cost €25 a night - not clean - the room was not well swept. In fact when they cleaned it they swept up little piles and then just left them - poor plumbing - my shower turned into a foot bath because the water would not drain. It took about 15 minutes post-shower for the water to go down. That was also the case in the sink - wifi problems - wifi did not work for most of our trip - smell from bathroom - it had a smell of sulfur the entire stay - city tax - the amount if the tax was something they could not help, as the city chooses the price. But it was way to high to NOT be advertised. I have stayed in over 20 hotels in Italy and never had a city tax that was more than €2. I was surprised that at the end of my trip I got an email for check out that said city tax is €4.50 per person per night. I expected to pay €8 at the end of my trip. Instead I paid €18. That should have been advertised. PROS - good location - only 20 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio - staff was friendly

Hotel close to the city
Room 101: the air conditioning made a huge noise. A lot of noise during the night because rooms are on the road side and no double glazing (obviously). The taxes at the end of the stay are enormous : 15€/pers.

Dead guest, se are Sorry, but, if you have looking not good my hotel, you were free got choose other B&B.

Very pleased with the service and hotel. Very friendly staff. Big and clean room. Nice and cozy breakfast area.

B&b molto centrale, pulito ed accogliente
In città per una notte, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Molto caratteristico, pulito, fresco. Finestre piccole ma si tratta di una casa d'epoca quindi è normale. Suggerito per la zona ed il confort complessivo
