You really can’t beat this location!!! There are so many great landmarks within a short walking distance - the bridges, great restaurants, the markets, the monuments, and more. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment I made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

Punti positivi: il personale della reception ci ha fornito un servizio eccellente! Silvia e Johann grazie di tutto! Appartamento ben attrezzato e molto ben posizionato. Mercato, ristoranti, tutto molto vicino. Punto negativo: Il rumore proveniente dagli appartamenti ai piani superiori è abbastanza fastidioso, soprattutto quando ci sono bambini che non vengono trattenuti dai genitori. Abbiamo passato due notti insonni. Non sarebbe un luogo adatto ad ospitare bambini, ma solo adulti che cercano un luogo affascinante e ben posizionato. Ci sono solo due asciugamani da bagno con un costo separato se ne vengono richiesti di più. Nel complesso, torneremo per l'alta qualità del servizio.

Spotless, clean, great location with easy walking to the sights. Looks like it has been recently renovated as it is in great condition. Would definitely return for another stay.

Our only complaint about the apartment was the queen bed was very firm, but otherwise perfect location central to a lot of cites and beautiful inside.

This property is close to everything from the church, pointe Vecchi , the old bridge, to the restaurants and shopping. It’s super clean and very nice decorations. Will definitely stay here again.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could
Wow, just wow. This place was simply amazing. Silvia the manager was so accommodating and nice to work with. The rooms were this amazing blend of old construction and new art. Super clean, and surprisingly very large rooms. We had a ton of space to spread out. Also the best gelato in Italy is across the street. Thanks

Fabulous and convenient apt in Florence!
Everything was great! Apartment was a lovely modern two bedroom with two baths and kitchen with dishwasher and w/d with a balcony. It had a king bed. (Rate in Europe) and twins in the other room which is better for our sons. The concierge (Herman) was super nice and helpful in teaching me how to use the Italian appliances and also gave me a cheat sheet. Another great thing was the location. Very convenient to Uffizi, restaurants, duomo, palazzo vecchio and great restaurants etc! Highly recommend.

Estadia excelente no centro de Florença!
Apartamento excelente no centro de Florença. Acomodações novas e bem equipadas. Limpeza muito boa. Fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos pelo German, que nos auxiliou prontamente com todo o necessário. Em retornando à cidade, certamente nos hospedaremos novamente no Kairos.

The apartment was extremely quiet despite being in a busy area. The staff was great and easy to get in touch with. The location is near the major sites and everything needed for your stay is close. The washer and dryer work well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very best communication and support by Silvia. Needed little more storage location in bathroom and for second suitcase in living room. Noise canceling of soundproof windows very good.

Great place to stay! 2 bedrooms!
Great place! Loved it! There's a separate living room with a nice couch that fit all 4 of our family comfortably. Though the TV could be bigger for ther room size. Loved the dining area and kitchen though we didn't really use it as a dining table but for more to store our things. Used the Washer/Dryer combo tough a bit tricky to figure out initially. But overall, everything you need pretty much. Would love to be able to stay again. NOTE: we got to stay in the 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom had the attached bathroom with 2 separate twin beds. The other room has a queen bed but the bathroom is not attached.

Stunning apartments in the centre of Florence. The rooms are large with high ceilings and are all beautifully furnished and decorated. I would highly recommend it.

Contemporary and Clean
This hotel was located in the heart of the city center and yet our room had no noise issues at all. We had access to all shopping, restaurants, museums and historical landmarks within just minutes of walking. The suite was a comfy one bedroom with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. A couple of quick notes for international travelers, when you leave the room all power is turned off and also allow plenty of time for drying of laundry (since the units are lower power). Use the racks provided to complete drying.

Posto stupendo, completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo, decorazione eccezionalmente... eravamo vicinissimo a Palazzo Vecchio, a 5 minuti di piazza Santa Croce.

Brand new apart hotel in the city center, just a short walk from Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, ice-cream stores "gelateria" and shops nearby. The staff were super nice: Silvia answered all the questions and gave some tips about the city. Worth noting is the comfort of a king size bed and blackout curtains, a great combination to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
