Los dueños eran muy atentos y cálidos. El lugar tiene cocina y lavadero a disposición de los huespedes. También maquina de café. Lo malo es que está en un tercer o cuarto piso (no recuerdo) y no hay ascensor. Esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes SMN

Quiero dejar claro que se trata de un albergue. No es un hotel como muchos pueden tener en mente. Está muy bien para ahorrar dinero respecto al resto de alojamientos que son extremadamente caros. Está muy cerca de la estación de trenes. Y muy cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo siempre que las personas tengan claro que: 1. El baño será compartido y está fuera de la habitación. (Está bastante limpio, por cierto). La atención es fantástica. Son gente muy amable!!

The location is great--close to the train station, and also very close to the big market in Florence. Ten minutes' walk to the Duomo. The guesthouse was very clean, with a convenient kitchen--microwave, fridge, stove, drinkable water, etc. Paula was very kind. The only negative thing about this place is that there's no elevator and it's on the third floor--manageable with carryon luggage, but I can't imagine carrying a full suitcase all the way up (we stored ours in a luggage locker by the train station and just used our carryons).

Location and good price for money!

Me and my boyfriend loved our room at Ghiro. Bed was comfy and staff was helpfull. We stayed only one night, but we recommend it!

Wonderful people run this accomodation

The hosts are friendly, speak excellent English and go well out of their way to be helpful. They know lots about the area and can provide good advice. They even recommended and booked an excellent tour of the surrounding region for us - not pushy at all but I had looked at many other possibilities but the one they recommended was well suited to what we wanted and at a better price than I had researched. We had backpacks and there was enough room for us to unpack and wash our clothes and sort our stuff. We had to share a bathroom but that was not a problem - I think there are en-suite options available. The place is conveniently located to transport and to the main sights - the market is close as are heaps of good restaurants and bars.We got caught in a train strike (after we had checked out) but the hosts allowed us to come back and leave our bags, offered us help such as making calls on our behalf and use of WiFi and even gave us a key. They went well above what could be expected from a host.

Ideal Location, Hostel-style

Fantastic location and friendly staff. More like a hostel with private rooms. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem. Given a coffee pod to use in the coffee machine each morning, and free access to washing machine which was great!. Climbing 3 floors of stairs no problem if mildly fit.

Good find, good location, affordable

Great find and a good rate. Sort of a hostel, but with private rooms only. The owner is really friendly and has lots of information about Firenze. We were able to self check in late at night and then pay the following morning. Door codes were emailed that day. Our room was ok in size, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Good location near the main train station and north of the major attractions. No breakfast.

Best gust house ever

The only downside to this place is that you'd have to climb stairs up to the third floor. Other than that, everything is perfect. There's a kitchen, a washer, and a refrigerator for everyone to use. The room is spacious, and can accommodate up to three people. The people are just so nice! If you have any problems or questions, they are always there to help you. This was the best guesthouse I've tried in my 10 days travel in Italy. If I ever came back to Florence, I'll stay here again.

料金に見合ったホテル

　安い料金で泊まるのだから、それに見合ったホテルだと思ってください。クーラーが効きにくい、簡素な部屋、共有スペースで話す他の宿泊者の声が部屋に丸聞こえ、共有冷蔵庫が小さい、など、いろいろありました。私はどれも気になりませんでしたが、安ホテルに慣れていない人は嫌でしょう。 　そんな安ホテルに慣れている私でも、残念なことが３つありました。1つ目はスタッフの態度です。私たちは朝8時半にホテルに到着しました。8時半に到着するということは予め伝えていました。フロントは9時からＯＰＥＮ。一応ブザーを鳴らしたのですが、やっぱり返事はない。道路沿いの大きなドアの前で家族3人で座り込んで9時を待っていました。すると9時10分前くらいに、自転車が一台ドアの近くに止まりました。降りてきた若い男性がドアに近づいて来ました。私は立ちあがって「hello.」と言いました。男性は無視。男性はカギを開けようとしたので、私たちはスーツケースを動かし、道を開けました。男性はカギを開け、ドアの中へと入って行きました。9時になったので、もう一度ブザーを鳴らすと、ドアのカギが開けられました。スーツケースを持って4階に上がるとホテルに到着。私たちを迎えたのは先程の男性でした。階下で会った時、明らかに私たちがゲストだとわかっていたでしょう。到着時間も伝えてあったし、スーツケースを持っているし、外国人だし、どこからどう見てもＧｈｉｒｏのゲストです。なのに男性はhelloも言い返さず、完全無視でした。目の前の男性は、今、初めて会ったような顔してフレンドリーに話してくる。違和感を覚えました。2つ目は、翌朝に「掃除はいいからタオルだけ交換してほしい。」とスタッフに伝えると、私が持っているタオルを床に置けと言われました。私が床に置くと、そのスタッフはタオルを足で広げながら枚数を数え、「全部なんだね。」と言いました。全部換えてと言ったのが気に入らなかったのか、少し無愛想でした。3つ目は、台所にありの大群がいたことです。木製のへらにびっしり付いていました。うーん、使わないからいいんだけど、やっぱりマイナス評価です。　 　ローマで使ったコンセントのソケットが合わないのでご注意くださいね。スマホやカメラの充電には違う形状のソケットが必要です。私が泊まった部屋は一か所だけ合うコンセントが洗面所にあり、その一か所だけで、スマホ、カメラ、モデムの充電を順番にしました。高い位置にあり、イス等で置く場所を作りました。不便でした。 　でもこんな便利の良い所に、この料金で泊まれたことは良かったです。

Hostel in Florence.

A nice cheaper choice, close to the train station and everything of interest. The worst thing is having to carry your bags up several flights of stairs, but the owners son helped us do that and you only have to do it once. The other thing is having everyone share a bathroom, so more hostel than hotel really.

Avevamo bisogno di una stanza per una notte post Firenze Rocks (Aerosmith) e questo ostello ci ha dato quello che ci serviva: - possibilità di accesso notturno - aria condizionata in camera - doccia e bagno in comune ma comunque molto pulito - silenzioso e in pieno centro Niente di eccezionale ma per uno o comunque pochi giorni è perfetto. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato.

Nice room close to tourist area & train station

Lovely owners. Shared shower & toilet worked out OK. Only issue that it was located on 4th floor & no lift meant it was a struggle getting large heavy bags to the top floor. Had a washing machine. Much appreciated

일단 숙소 위치는 기차 역에서 굉장히 가까워서 좋았는데 숙소가 5층에 위치해있지만 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어들고 5층까지 올라가야해서 혼자오시는 여성분은 힘드실거에요.. 그리고 정말 딱 잠만 자는 곳이라고 생각하시면돼요. 방 많이 작구요! 방 안에 2인용 침대하나들어가면 끝이에요. 그대신 주인아주머니랑 다른 분들 너무 친절하시고 세탁기사용 가능하고 취사도 가능해서 좋아요. 굉장히 깔끔한데 호텔이아니라 게스트하우스라 방4개가 하나의 욕실과 샤워실을 공용으로 써야해서 불편해요.. 저는 운좋아서 다른 한 팀만 제가묵은 날짜에 같이묵어갖구 총 두팀이서 화장실이랑 욕실을썼는데 네팀이 한꺼번에 몰려서 쓸수도있다는 생각 하셔야해요.. 다시 피렌체간다면 다시가고싶지는 않네요

Hotel in Florence

Room was on 5th floor with no elevator. Room and bathroom was clean. Mattress on twin beds were flat with not much cushion. Location of hotel was within walking distance of train station. Staff was very helpful and provided info about places to go and where to find them.

Home away from home

Mohamed and his family made us feel at home. (So corny! But true!) They genuinely want you to have a good experience. They even offered to walk my Mom to somewhere nearby so she wouldn't get lost. Simple, not fancy, but cleanest place I've stayed in Europe. Unbeatable location is right next to a main train station.
