Reception people not so friendly, looks like they are use to receive old timers and not young couples, excellent breakfast, fresh, quality, options, staff here more friendly, all OK in the rooms, all works and looks fine, I would recommend some upgrades to give some modernity but actually zero complains, parking into property, no difficulties at all

Hotel correcto, en buena situación y tranquilo
Un hotel cómodo y tranquilo. Habitaciones normales. Mobiliario un poco antiguo pero en un estado correcto. Cuarto de baño limpio. El desayuno es normal y con la suficiente variedad de opciones. El personal lo mejor del hotel, atentos y simpáticos. La situación es muy buena ya está un poco alejado del centro (7’ andando) y por lo tanto es muy tranquilo y sin ruidos molestos.

Hotel pequeño y muy tranquilo, cercano al centro, en 15 minutos llegas al Duomo.

Buen servicio
Hotel sin ascensor, muy bien ubicado por tener una plaza cercana con parada de City Tour. El desayuno estaba incluido y el servicio del personal fue muy bueno, a nuestros amigos les hicieron un upgrade de la habitacion que no les gustó sin costo adicional.

Bueno hotel, retirado zona turística a pie
Es un hotel bonito, en una casona muy bonita en buena zona, un poco retirado del centro para hacer el paseo peatonal todos los días, pero demasiado como para gastar en taxi. De las camas adicionales que se colocan para niños una de ellas era un catre con unos cojines, muy incómoda, tuvimos que pedirle a la camarera que pusiese una colchoneta y así lo hizo, pero a solicitud nuestra.

Parece que vivas en 1.900
Muy agradable. en el hotel, parece que retrocedes en el tiempo.Muy elegante.Lo malo es que hay que subir las maletas a pie hasta el segundo piso.

ENCANTADOR!!!
El hotel Villa Liana es un lugar encantador y las personas que trabajan ahi te hacen sentir muy a gusto, siempre con una sonrisa. Sobre todo el muchacho que nos recibió el primer día, se llama Laerte, y estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El local es una casona antigua pero muy bien tenida y arreglada, muy apropiada para Florencia. Realmente lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Florencia no dudaría en volver a hospedarme en el Hotel Villa Liana.

Disappointed
The hotel was recommended by close friends. However, we were disappointed. At check-in we were not given much information, and it took us a day to discover that there was a living room with tea and coffee facilities. Our room was okay, but generally "tired," in the sense that we felt it well past its prime. Fittings in the bathroom - including shower screen handles - were broken or missing. Our feeling was that the ground floor and second floor had great character, but that beyond that, it was dated. In addition, with no lift, hauling bags up several flights of stairs was a challenge. The front desk was hit and miss and depended who was on it, with the younger staff most helpful. We did mention to one of these younger people that we were disappointed with the room. Overall, our feeling is that for our next visit to Florence we would probably choose a different hotel.

As soon as we arrived we were told we would be switching rooms the following day. Due a wall caving in somewhere in the hotel. Our new room was 3 flights higher, on the noisy street, dark, dingy, with moldy bathroom and a tiny shower. I asked if I could stay in original room as I have planters fasciitis and the stairs would be difficult. I was told no that someone else needed the room

Beautiful building for family in Florence
Beautiful room for family of four with two bedroom apartment right outside main building, great space for myself, wife, and two kids. Parking right in front of room, although tight, was as promised. Just make sure you realize hotel is in a restricted area so don't drive right to hotel, find the parking first. Area is great, a bit of a walk to tourist area, but makes it easy to drive to and quieter at night. Beautiful property, gorgeous facility. Highly recommend.

The hotel was charming. The Florentine style had already convinced us when booking. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, we did not notice anything about our Vip status.

This hotel is a bit far from the Duomo, the furnishing are nice, but the bathrooms are dated. Breakfast was just ok.

Lovely little spot with good prices, great staff and a nice breakfast. Convenient for those with a car. A bit of a walk to the center. We chose because of the proximity to the small station ( not the large central one) because we had an early morning train. All worked out well and very glad we stayed here

Delightful Hotel
The hotel was built in 1869 as the British embassy, and is a beautiful hotel. It feels like one is in Europe rather than a generic box, and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is all we wanted and more. Our room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We were delighted!

good hotel, check it out.
We had a great room at the fground floor with a small terrace. The bed was great, it was clean and the breakfast was fine. Walking distance from thie city center so next time we are in Florence we will try to get this hotel again.
