La única incomodidad fue que a falta de elevador tuve que subir sola mi equipaje, no recibí ayuda de nadie y mi habitación estaba varios pisos arriba. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.

Bien pero el wifi es muy malo
Habitación pequeña. Cama cómoda pero chica, parecía q fuese de una plaza y media. El personal muy amable. El WiFi funcionaba MUY MAL!! sólo podías usar whatsapp pero era imposible usarlo para otra cosa. No podías ni ver vídeos en YouTube, ni Facebook ni nada. A unos 25 minutos caminando de distancia hacia el centro

Aceptable
Llegamos una hora antes del check in y no tuvimos problemas para que nos dieran la habitación. La habitación que nos asignaron era pequeña, el baño también. Al momento de ducharse hay que colocar bien la cortina para evitar que el agua se salga.. en algunos comentarios leí que las instalaciones eran antiguas sin embargo parecían remodeladas y nuestra habitación estaba limpia y bonita... tengo que aclarar que la habitación la usábamos solo para descansar luego de estar fuera todo el día visitando los lugares turisiticos.. dentro de las condiciones que establece el hotel está el hecho de que el cambio de toalla se hace cada tres días..el internet no tan rapido , el servicio de comida no lo utilizamos.. un punto importante es que la estación de tren campo Di marte se encuentra a cinco minutos caminando.. La persona en recepción fue muy servicial y nos ofreció un mapa indicándonos los buses que podíamos tomar según lo que qqueríamos visitar (parada de autobus cerca del hotel, pero Florencia se puede conocer caminando)

En la relación precio y servicio, cumple.
La habitación fue muy pequeña para dos personas y nunca aclararon que el baño es compartido. Si llegas despues de las 8 de la noche debes abrir el portón de la calle a empujones y es algo que nunca dijeron. Cabe señalar la diligencia del personal de recepción quien sabiendo que llegaríamos tarde, nos dejó las llaves sobre el mostrador.

A l’entrée il y’a un tapis sur escalier qui pût mais grave fort à vomir Chambre dans la nuit san chauffage Matelas très dure ( douleurs aux matin) Le shampooing est très limite Pression d’eau faible Pas de sèche-cheveux ( imaginez un peut) Je reviendrez jamais plus 83€ quel arnaque!

Gentile BrunoPui' tranquillamente parlare in italiano, visto che e' di Napoli e abbiamo parlato in italiano durante il Suo soggiorno di una notte.Le ricordo che e' arrivato da solo prenotando una camera matrimoniale con bagno esterno, al prezzo di 67.00 mi ha informato che aveva sbagliato prenotando senza leggere per favorirla con un sovrapprezzo di 10.00 le ho fornito una matrimoniale con bagno.Quindi ha trovato il necessario per 2 persone, cioe' un letto matrimoniale 6 asciugamani , 2 boccette di shampoo e 6 saponette e Lei era da solo, ma d'altra parte come mi ha detto Lei viaggia in tutto il mondo, ha varie ditte sparse per il mondo e scrivere in francese fa' molto piu' bello, capisco che fare le recensioni oneste non sia chic !Le porgo i miei saluti e consiglio di cercare di spendere ancora meno la prossima volta, saluti

Fiyat/performans olarak muazzam bir oteldi. Temizdi, cupid roomda kaldık, hoş bir balkonu vardı. Odada tek kullanımlık terlik ve çay için sıcak su olsaydı daha iyi hayal edemezdim. Teşekkürler.

Budget hotel with parking facilities if you travel by car. But a very busy street without any directly pleasant restaurants in the immediate area. Walking distance to the center, approx. 20 minutes. Offers a simple breakfast for 6 euros, which can be considered affordable. There is no AC, which is also stated in the description, but it was borderline too hot now in September, so I would not stay there during the summer. The shower doors don't close tightly at the bottom and there was a big puddle on the floor outside every time you showered. I would not choose this hotel again.

Thank you for your review dear Anonymous :-) maybe our budget hotel has some small flaws, but it has a competitive price!As you will surely have noticed In Florence, in September to find a better hotel you need around 250/350 per day :-)this factor should be considered more when making reviews!

A very good experience.
NIce little place with a lot of soul. The lady who manages it is very nice and he tries to help everubody with their tourist problems. It is not new but it has a charm and it is not expensive for Florence. Tou must walk to get to the city center but it is not far. And you can take buses very close to the hotel to get to anywhere in Florence. If you have a low budget it is the best you can find. If you have money, get there and keep your money for museums, churches or Spritz !

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. A 20 minute walk to town or a bus ride to basically anywhere. My only complaint is the AC was quite loud and kept me up at night.

Really friendly receptionist- our room was lovely and clean. Central location. No air con but the fan did the job for the most part ,room still quite hot though. Lovely terrace where we sat and had a coffee , warning the ‘coffee/tea in the common area‘ isn’t free (as it says in property description). Also water from taps was drinkable but warm.

Staff was helpful, some rooms are not air conditioned (not mentioned in website). These rooms became extremely hot in summer since rooms have huge glass windows and you cannot open them due to mosquitoes problem. So, I would recommend confirming the room with AC or not before booking.

Room was nice, the windows are bit sealed when closed so it sounds like the cars in your room especially at night which makes it hard to sleep, bathroom was decent size, bed was comfy

Good but some points to improve
It was a simple but ok hotel. For the price you it is expensive but in Florence everything is more expensive than France or Southern Italy. Points to improuve : - Sound isolation should be done for rooms who are seeing the road. So if you are choosing shared WC than ready to encounter some noise. I can not imagine how it would be possible to sleep in summer with open window. - If the hotel can provide water boiler for rooms to make your own tea than life would be easier. They are helpfull though, until 20h. they give you cup and hot water. Good points : - Helpfull stuff - Clean room and decent amonth of space - Good location, you can reach hearh of the city by walk in 20 min. Overall good hotel and I would stay again if I go to Florance but definitely at one of the rooms facing the garden, not the road :)

The property was a bit dated and smaller than the pictures. There was a shared bathroom for one floor, which was kept relatively clean. The location was ideal; only a 20 minute walk into central Florence. Staff were really friendly and helpful!

SalveMi dispiace che per un Suo errore voglia punire la nostra struttura, capisco che Lei non e' abituata a pernottare in camere con bagno esterno come ci ha fatto presente al Suo arrivo, ma purtroppo al momento della prenotazione come ci ha detto ha commesso l'errore di scegliere questa tipologia di camera invece di quelle con bagno privato, visto che il prezzo era piu 'basso.Capisco quindi che non era la tipologia di camera che desiderava, darci un voto cosi' basso per un Suo errore pero' e' veramente un comportamento "censurabile".cordialmente

I went here in winter. The place was really cold. I got a cold at first night at this hotel and totally destroyed my Florence trip. The AC system had problem and also the radiators were off at the day time. When I asked the manager to turn on the radiator, he said "in Italy we turn off the radiators during the day and if you have problem go to another hotel."

HelloI'm so sorry about this feedback, i try to explain again that your request can be satisfied:- The room didnt have the AC so its not possible that have problems.- You request that the radiators was turn on all day 24/24 hours i explained that its not possible in all Italy and particularly in Florence the italian law force that the maximum temperature must be 21 grades its easy you can check on google the regulation, so when they arrive at this temperature the radiator was turn off.You request to solve this problems, i only reply that i cant change the law and i can refund your stay and search another hotel that satisfied your request.I hope that you solve your request.best regards

Very cheap. Accommodating and responsive staff. I wanted a cheap place to stay that was no more than a half hour's walk from the sites of Florence and had a comfy bed with clean sheets (and clean in general), and not noisy. And that's what I got. I didn't try the breakfast, but I appreciated that it was an option. I mean, really, what more do you actually need? You're not hosting dinner parties, and if you spend much time in your room, you're doing Florence wrong.

Na vriendelijke check in kwam ik in een kamer die niet erg schoon was.Doodgeslagen muggen op de muur/kast.Ook verrast met haren in bed.De enige nacht zeer slecht geslapen,gevoel dat bed op snelweg stond,zoveel lawaai van de straat. Ontbijt niet genuttigd.Prijs was laag maar dit was zelfs dat niet waard!
