You mentioned the location of the hotel is one of his point of strength because in only few minutes you can arrive in all the main Florentine touristic attractions only by walk. Regarding all the negative points you mentioned we can start the wifi connections, we wolud like to thank you to inform us about thath point we provide to imporve the wifi connection in all the hotel including the Apartment. Regarding the technical issues you found on the apartment is not by the negligence attitude by the prorierty or from thef ront desk team colleague they do everything to solve it and on the following day by the eclectrician techincal issues are commons in hotels , regarding the coofee machine as you mentioned we're truly apologise that when you found it dirty when you want to use it, that was a mistake made by the room lady who always clean it for the next guests who stay in the apartment. Also during your stay we also offer by free during your relative bithday a special surprise on their birhtday like a slice of cake and also a bottle of Prosecco with glasses, that details means a lot for us from the front desk team and the breakfast team we want to give a special memory for our guest during their stay in Florecne, we take a lot of care of our guest we don't treat them with negligence.
