Dear Carol Floors are vacuumed and washed on every departure by a professional cleaning staff, it’s a fact that unfortunately as soon as you walk around floors get dirty again.. and most of all you didn’t tell me anything nor sent the pics.. and you spent two weeks there so had plenty of time to advise. For upcoming guests: please please please advise of any issue to give us the chance to fix it. As far as heating and a/c are concerned they properly and very efficiently run accordingly to the dates set by our government (6 months in winter time) and that we are all required to follow everywhere.. what it’s weird is to ask for both heating and cold a/c at the same time (at the end of April, perfect temperature in the apartment that doesn’t require neither of them). For Italian habits not only it’s forbidden but it is also totally insane.. a terrible and unresponsive waste of energy.
