Amazing location. Very near the train station and main square. Flat was perfect for our family with very comfortable beds and modern kitchen and bath. We stayed in the winter but high ceilings and ac should keep the place comfortable year round.

The apartment was clean and comfortable . Sokol met us at the door and showed us around, pointing out all the amenities and suggesting nearby attractions. We especially appreciated having a kitchen and a washing machine. The location could not have been better. We were a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. Fourteen thumbs up from our group

Unbelievable Florence Apartment

This Florence apartment is amazing. The location might be the best in town. Lots of space for our family of 5. Easy walk from the train station and to ALL the sites. Check-in was a breeze. We loved our stay in Florence. We highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Florence.

Fabulous location

This location is perfect. Close to everything. Great air conditioning, too. If you are driving, parking can be challenging to navigate. Google Maps doesn't know the ZTL limitations. Keep that in mind.

Great location and stay!

Checkin was a breeze. He gave us his cell number in case we had questions. Air conditioning was a definite plus since this October was a hot one. Elevator was small but he had us put all of our luggage in it, send it up to our floor and then remove it. Their were keys for the up and down of the elevator, the front door of the complex, and a key for the unit. The unit was perfect for three grown daughters and us parents! Three bedrooms and three baths with a clothes washer. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely stay again. Ps, I lost my prescription med on the way there and he helped me get a replacement!

Great place in the heart of Firenze

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay here, close to all sorts of essential attractions, and not a far walk from the train station, grocery stores, and great little restuarants. Gianluca and Sokol were warm, generous and relaxed hosts who made our stay very easy and enjoyable from start to finish. At the end of the stay our lovely host and cleaning lady helped us by calling a cab, since our phones were not working. She also spent time giving us directions and making sure we could manage all of our luggage some while after our official check-out time. We recommend this location without hesitation.

Great Location

The apartment was walking distance to everything and the area seemed save. It was nice to be walking distance to both main attractions and the train station. The apartment was large, in good condition and secure. The lift was ideal for getting luggage up and down the stairs. Furniture in the main living/dining room was a bit worn but certainly functional. Owner has a caretaker who was very accommodating and responsive.

Classic comfort in the heart of Old Florence

This beautiful 2-bedroom suite has all the modern comforts, and is conveniently located near the central train and bus stations. It is a few minutes walk to all of the best known museums, shops, and restaurants. You will find that you are a stone's throw from the San Lorenzo market, the Uffizi Galleries, the Bargello, and Michelangelo's "David" at L'Accademia. Excellent restaurants in all directions, cafes, art, famous churches, and tours. Located between Santa Maria Novella and "The Duomo", Residenza Rondinelli is both affordable and comfortable. This is my second visit!

Excellent location, great for families

we stayed for 4 days and the location was perfect. 5-10 minutes walk max for most sights. we were there during Dec 21 and 26 and it was perfect to be able to walk to the Dumo each evening in 2 minutes and in fact go to the midnight mass at 11 Pm and back at 1:30 AM, feeling completely safe. lots of places to eat within 2 minutes, the central market for fresh food and the supermarket all within 5 -7 minutes walk. the train station was a 7 minute walk with all our luggage, as we left for rome from there. very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and well lit with natural light and indoor lights. ( ask them to open wooden shutters when you arrive) bathrooms have excellent hot water and enclosed showers, though a bit small but not uncomfortable. was warm and elevators worked well for luggage. Cons: ask for more toilet paper and bath towels as we fell short for a family of 5. ask for it. did not have any basic groceries like salt/pepper/oil etc which we tend to see in most apts we have stayed in. its easy to do and saves each tenant the hassle. also the downside of being so centrally located was some street noise level, but well worth the convenience of the amazing amazing location.

Very nice 2/2 within walking distance to all sites

Very nice 2/2 located just 3-4 blocks from the Duomo and within waking distance to all major sites and the train station. They also provided several restaurant recommendations that were fantastic. The ceilings were beautiful and there is plenty of room.
