Great Place, Perfect Location

Our first time traveling to Italy and this place was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable for my family of five. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect. The Duomo is literally right around the corner from the building. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was immaculately clean. The bathrooms & kitchen are modern & updated. The beds are comfortable; the water pressure is great. Check-in was a breeze. Valeria was incredibly helpful, giving restaurant recommendations & directions to a nearby market. She even dropped off extra trash bags!! I would definitely return to this property.

Beautiful Flat in Excellent Location and Easy Walking to Major Locations

This apartment was perfect for our stop in Florence in our travels of Italy. The photos on VRBO are an accurate representation of what we encountered, so we were very pleased. Chiara was extremely personable and gave us excellent service in communication, from pre-booking questions, check-in, suggestions, and tips. The flat was immaculately clean, spacious, and with a well-stocked kitchen. The basket of pasta, sauce, and a bottle of wine was a nice welcoming touch! It was the perfect size apartment with plenty of room for 2 couples. The location was ideal for walking distance to just about everything you want to see in Florence, including the Duomo, Uffizi Museum, restaurants, cafes and shopping. You won't go wrong booking this place, we would definitely book this flat again in the future!

Now it's perfect

If you read all the reviews you will notice only one drawback, the street noise. The owners have now replaced all the windows with state of the art noise cancelling window glass and shutters. With the windows shut there is absolutely no noise. This place is perfect. It's spacious and immaculately clean and if you put a pin in the center of everything you want to see in Florence you would hit this location. You won't go wrong booking this place.

Great stay in the heart of Florence

We had a great stay in the apartment. Check in was easy and communication was good. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Plenty of room for the four of us, and there would have been room for up to 8. It was stocked with coffee, pasta, and a bottle of wine. Close proximity to restaurants, the Duomo, and cafes. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and comfortable accommodations

We loved our stay in Florence and the unit was so convenient in terms of being within walking distance of so many sites. We did not use any public or private transportation for our five night stay. We passed through the duomo and accompanying church site many times on our way to other areas. To other travelers, the double beds actually turned out to be king size beds by US standards which was a pleasant surprise. Unit was clean and well equipped.

Staying at the Piazza Della Repubblica

The unit is centrally location, close to all attractions and restaurants. The shower in the second bathroom is not working properly and water tends to leak from the base of the shower glass panel. Also it was hard to shower with one hand holding the shower head as the hook on the wall does not hold it in place and water is spraying all over the tub area. Also, the elevator was not working one night and we had to call for help and waited for about half hour. Other than that everything is fine.
