Encantador departamento en Florencia

Un lugar que te hace sentir parte de la ciudad. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia. Excelente ubicación, limpieza, wifi. Podría mejorarse la calidad de los colchones del tapanco. Claudia es una extraordinaria anfitriona, en todo momento está dispuesta a dar un consejo para mejorar tu experiencia. Regresaría sin duda.

Fabulous apartment in Florence. Great location; easy walking distance to major sites and great restaurants. Claudia was super responsive throughout and helped with arranging a taxi on our departure day. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The bed in the master room is very firm but comfortable. I didn’t realize I had to meet someone to be let in and had a late flight so there was an extra cost. Make sure your flight comes in during their working hours.

Family vacation

We rented both apartments. They were extremely nice and we could not have found a better place to stay. The host helped with our transportation needs and was easy to communicate with. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and the central area of Florence.

Great location and comfort

Spacious and comfortable, easy ten minutes or so to The Duomo or Santa Croce, about 20 minutes to the station. Didn’t get to meet our host except by WhatsApp video, always available. Enjoyed Easter in Firenze, not too crowded and were able to attend the service in the Duomo including fireworks! Good walking tour with Alessandra

Amazing place to stay and amazing host

Great Apartment in the heart of Florence

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Claudia's apartment in Florence, and I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment itself was beautifully detailed and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Claudia's thoughtful touch of leaving a welcome gift added a warm and personal touch to our stay. It was a fantastic choice for our family, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. We were three ladies staying together. There were two rooms and a loft. Each of us had our own space. And, there was one full bath and one half bath. Everything was perfect. We used the washer and dried our clothes on the balcony. We could walk to everything. The owner and her assistant couldn't be nicer. I'm already telling all of my friends to stay here when they are in Florence.

Tuscany charm!

Our stay was wonderful! This VRBO was in a perfect location. The apartment was clean and efficient. The host left us some great wine and a sample of her farm’s olive oil. We quickly got on her mailing list. The host also was very responsive to our questions. We recommend this location highly. Ciao!

Great Location, Difficult Door

Overall, I would rate the stay a 4.5! I thought the host was fantastic and very friendly. The place is lovely and the location was great! The loft has low ceilings so just beware. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but overall not the worst. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Lovely duo of flats for family in Florence

We celebrated a milestone birthday renting two lovely apartments, owned by Claudia, across the hall from each other in the heart of Florence. The apartments were extremely clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and with an exceptional location to walk to everything for our two families (ages 9 and 11 and four adults). Claudia was communicative, kind, and patient answering our many questions and giving great suggestions/ideas. She gifted each family with a delicious bottle of wine and olive oil that she had grown and produced. Check in and assistance with directions and hiring early morning cabs was flawless by Viviana. Highly recommend these two apartments for your next vacation-five stars! We will definitely return to these gems!

Mom and daughter birthday in Florence

Celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday and my daughter’s 20th birthday while visiting her as she studies abroad. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Great location. Claudia was an extremely gracious host. She even made us a tart upon arrival in celebration of the birthdays. She is incredibly nice and checked in on us often to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. She even helped us arrange middle of the night transportation to the airport. I can’t say enough nice things about her. Thank you for all!

An awesome property in the heart of Firenze

Once you climb the 56 stairs, you enter a very large very well appointed very cozy apartment with all the amenities. but the best thing is the location -- Borgo Pinti is right in the heart of old Florence, called "Centro." Everywhere is easily accessible on foot. Also, right out the door is everything you need --farmacia, convenience store, couple of excellent restaurants.
