A late 18th-century farmhouse is now located just a stone’s throw from the new Piazza della Libertà tram stop, the Orticultura Garden, and Florence’s historic center.

The house is decorated with prints of all kinds of eggs... It has 3 double bedrooms (one with a ceiling frescoed in the late 19th century), a dining room with a large table, a small but very charming kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The apartment is cheerful and bright, consisting of 3 comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a dining room with a small attached kitchen, and a living room.
There is a lovely balcony overlooking the inner gardens and, on the Via Bolognese side, three large soundproof windows.
Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning, and in the large dining room you can comfortably share meals or work remotely (there is fiber-optic internet, a monitor, an ergonomic chair, and a printer).
In the largest bedroom, a 110-cm-wide bed can be added upon request.

The apartment is located on the second and top floor of the building. There is no elevator to reach the apartment on the second floor; you must climb the stairs. Please note that the stairlift in the common stairwell is private and must not be used under any circumstances.
