Welcoming and comfortable

Silvia and Luca are wonderful hosts! They met us and gave us helpful recommendations, advice and directions for navigating Florence! The home was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious apartment.

This property exceeded expectations. A very short walk from the tram stop / greeted on the street by our genial host / 3 spacious double rooms and the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom. We loved all the little touches including snacks, toiletries and recommendations. An excellent stay. Would recommend 100%

First visit to Firenze

Our visit could not have been better. Our hosts, Silvia and Luca, spent about 45 minutes with us at check in helping to understand the neighborhood. Apartment was sparking clean and very comfortable. Would have liked to be a bit closer to city center BUT we were able to use Uber successfully. Definitely recommend Casa Amelia! ❤️💛❤️💚❤️

Silvia’s place was wonderful! It accommodated our group of five perfectly. It’s a little ways out from the city centre but there was a tram about a 5 minute walk from the apartment that gets you to the hustle and bustle of downtown in less than 10 minute's. Easy Access-Great Hosts

The warmth we felt when we got to our location by Silvia and Lucca was wonderful. They even had a map of florence for us ready with all the recommendations- They were exceptional Hosts. They took their time recommending local spots and giving us information. The location felt far but the tramway was a minute walk and it took 5 minutes to get to the main attractions and the fee was 1.70 Euros. I was surprised on how easy it was to get to any place from there. The place was clean and had all the amenities. Added bonus was the supermarket within walking distance. Thank You Lucca and Silvia we would definitely stay again if we were ever back.

A lovely apartment as a base for exploring Florence and Tuscany

We loved staying at Casa Amelie. The apartment had all the amenities we required, was very clean, conveniently located and full of character. It was easy to catch the tram into the centre of Florence, and towns like San Gimignano, Arezzo and Siena in Tuscany were a short drive away. The hosts, Silvia and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Casa Amelie!

Perfect place for a Florentine adventure

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and in a great location, easy to get public transport to the station and town centre. The hosts are what makes it really special, Silvia and Luca went out of their way to make our stay perfect, from letting us check in early and offering to pick us up from the station to letting us stay late on our last day when our flight was delayed. They left us snacks and water, basics like toilet roll and kitchen roll and made sure we knew where to go for the best restaurants/ supermarket/ bus stops etc. we loved meeting their dog, Amelie too, such a sweetheart! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough as a perfect base to explore a beautiful city.

Perfect place! You won't regret booking!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! We had the best time there, Silvia and Luca made the trip really special and were so informative and helpful from the moment I booked. The apartment itself is georgous, the rooms are light and airy and its really thoughtfully decorated, the whole place was extremely clean. They provided everything you could need for a stay and the beds are really comfy!! The supermarket and tram is only a few mins walk away making it really convient but out of the hussle and bussle. I would 100% book this place again
