The accommodation consists of:
- an entryway,
- a living room with two windows, featuring a kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa bed for two
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on a loft (recommended only for children)
- a bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
The two-room apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator and freezer, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and a washer and dryer.
Suitable for two to four people, plus a fifth bed on the loft for children.
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.

The reservation for 2 people includes only the double bed: if you also wish to have the sofa bed made up, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. For 3 or more people, the additional cost is already included in the reservation.
Children up to 3 years old can stay for free in their parents’ bed. If you would like a crib, there is an additional charge of 20 euros.

At check-in, guests will be asked to present identification for the mandatory reporting of their information to the Florence Police Headquarters.
