Apartment was adorable and perfect for a family of four. It was clean and check-in was easy. Great location, maybe a little too great because it was very noisy at night. We tend to stay up late so noise normally wouldn’t bother us, but know that you’ll hear people all throughout the night from the windows. Only other slight drawback was lugging up the big suitcases up the many flights of stairs.

AMAZING LOCATION!! Right in the heart of the action and all the sights but also thick windows to keep out the noise if needed but can open them and take in the sights and sounds! Apartment was beautiful and fit all our family of 6 with versatile beds (including the sofa bed) for adults to teens to smaller kids. Fantastic stay!

Excellent location, beautiful view out of the windows

The location was excellent, in the heart of everything, walking distance to the train station, multiple shops and restaurants, very vibrant area, the view of the building in front of it from the windows amazing.It was well equipped with whatever you need.The apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator, be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book it again if we are ever back in Florence

Gorgeous apartment in the perfect location!

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 teenage daughters for 3 nights. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Has everything you would need (including an American coffee maker and a washer/dryer) and is in walking distance from all of the key sights of Florence. Appreciated the in-person check-in and all of the sight seeing recommendations. We especially enjoyed the evenings before our dinner reservations where we opened all the windows, had a glass of wine and listened to the live musicians right under our windows.

Fantastic Location!

Our family stayed at this very classic and unique unit with loft. The location was fantastic and the property was beautiful. The one downside was the A/C was preset and could not be lowered. It was during a heatwave and was very uncomfortable in the entire apartment.

Great location! Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was in a great area of town and was plenty big enough for myself and my two teenage daughters. They loved the loft space and we really enjoyed having two bathrooms. The Gelato store next door was one of our favorites in the city for sure! And the coffee shop across the street was delicious. Don't miss the stationary store a couple doors down. The shop owner does these demonstrations of how the handmade paper is produced and it was fascinating! Enjoy Florence - we will be back!!!

Marvelous retreat and stay for the family

The apartment was clean and the vibe was really cool. The location was essentially perfect for us. We were minutes from all the places we wanted to see as well as restaurants and Gelato! Would definitely recommend for others.

Want central Florence? This is it.

A beautiful traditional Florentine apartment. Yet with modern aspects nevertheless like kitchen and bathroom fittings and furnishings. The loft was gorgeous, but not recommended for anyone too tall - my girls are 5’5” and still bumped their heads. Only downside was nothing to do with the apartment, but the noise in central Florence through the night by groups of young men. But for location to all of the sights and museums, this is 5 minutes away from everything!

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable to stay in. It is a great location If you are looking to be close to all the sites in Florence. It can be noisy at night due to its central location but for a few nights was not a big deal for us. It is also conveniently right next to one of the best Gelato shops we tried. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location and setting. We even loved the free entertainment on the street in the evenings. It actually felt bigger than the pictures showed. We’d certainly recommend this and would stay again.

Perfect location, amazing apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect, right in the middle of it all. Great restaurants (best gelato), coffee shops and shopping just out your door. Blocks from all the main attractions. The apartment was perfectly equipped, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. We loved the décor and authentic Florentine vibe.

A slice of Firenze! Nice view, and the location can’t be beat! My family and I loved it!

Maya was great at check in, got us settled and answered all our questions. Building is right across from the best breakfast deal for four people. Location is great! Everything is walkable- grocery, sights, train station. Apartment itself was clean and wonderful to return home to after seeing town. Street noise at night can be a bit much but I would stay here again for sure!

Great location

The location was right next to a church and in a nice location with a great gelato store right outside your front door. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and about 20 min walk to Firenze SMN train station
