You’ll rest comfortably in the spacious bedroom with a rather firm queen size bed, luggage rack and abundant closet space. A third person can be accommodated on the 1.5 sofa bed in the living/dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & espresso machine. Our cupboards and drawers are stocked with flatware, plates, glasses, coffee cups and cooking supplies. The updated bathroom features a pedestal sink, toilet, bidet, tub/shower (with a large ‘rain showerhead’) and a separate laundry area with washing machine. In the living/dining area, there’s a comfortable couch, a walnut dining table, four straw-seated chairs at the table and several wooden benches, stools and occasional tables. High-speed fiber internet provides an excellent connection and there’s a wall-mounted flatscreen TV (Italian stations only). All windows are double-paned and almost all have screens (the only exception being the massive double window in the kitchen). Exterior walls and both windows in the bedroom overlooking the cobbled street below have ultra-high efficiency insulation to assure you’ll sleep soundly.
