"Families & Friends" is a 100 m² apartment in a beautiful building in the Oltrarno district. It's close to Florence's historic center, served by public transport, and a 30-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The quiet street has shops, a supermarket, coffee bars, and a pharmacy nearby. Recently renovated, it accommodates up to 8 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi.



The space

Families & Friends is located on a very quiet and private street. The apartment overlooks a small garden and the street on the other side. It is new, having been recently renovated in July 2018 with great attention to every detail.

The rooms all overlook a large entrance hall with air conditioning.

Two bathrooms with showers, one large and the other smaller, feature parquet and ceramic floors, and the walls are painted in delicate pastel shades from antique pink to dove gray.

Everything you need to make the most of your vacation/stay is available: sheets and towels, soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer; an iron and ironing board; and for those who need to stay in shape, even an exercise bike.

The rustic-style kitchen has a comfortable, large table and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle. Toaster is also available. Free Wi-Fi with high-speed connection suitable for video calls.

Perfect for families and groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who need to get some work done.

The apartment consists of three double bedrooms with the option of adding a third bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a large entrance hall, and a dining table in a beautiful kitchen that overlooks the internal garden via the terrace.



For children we have a cot with sides, a high chair, and toys and books to keep little ones entertained. One pet is welcome upon request. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
