  • On the first floor of a small building in the heart of San Frediano and close to Piazza S. Spirito a delightful apartment with exposed ceiling beams and stylish details. t is perfect for those who wish to have an authentic and lively Florentine experience while remaining close to the main tourist attractions that the city has to offer.

    The apartment is made up of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, a single room and another bathroom with a shower

    The apartment can house up to five adults and is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

    Facilities:

    Free WIFI internet, TV, sheets, and towels, well-equipped kitchen, washer, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee pot, a toaster, an iron, and ironing board.

    Self-check-in

    The apartment is equipped with home automation access, you can open the street door and the apartment door in total safety and autonomy with your mobile phone. We will send you the instructions a few days before your check-in.

    In the house, you will still find a bunch of keys at your disposal.

We loved this sweet flat- clean, well provisioned. We were three friends and the set up worked well. The single bed was very small and narrow for our tall group. Check-in using the online app did not work despite repeated tries. Our host was very helpful and did it for us. A great stay- would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. This was actually our second time staying in the apartment in 2025. It’s a beautiful place, nice neighborhood, close to the sites and easy to get around. We would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was located outside of the city center, about a 20 minute easy walk. The unit was well equipped and very clean. The only drawback was that it is located above a restaurant. It was a bit noisy at night until about 10:30.

Excellent lively location! Walking distance to a grocery store and a fabulous meal all within 5 minutes.Neighborhood is wonderful and full of great people, delicious food, and live music. The coffee shop downstairs is perfect. Barista twins are lovely and kind. Quick 15 minute walk to city center, train station, etc. I recommend visiting the Santo Spirito market on any given day for great finds. Lorenzo is very quick to respond to your needs. Apartment has everything you need! It was a great 2 weeks!

Good location. Very clean. On the first floor with a steep staircase but very manageable. Exactly as described. Very much recommend staying here!

Great location. Great apartment. Relatively quiet and a short 15 minute walk to the Duomo, Boboli Gardens, etc. Plenty of dining options as well as a small grocery store nearby. Most excellent Sorbetto shop downstairs a bonus. Host very communicative and helpful.

The apartment was spacious for five adult family members, which included three different families.It was advertised as three bedrooms. However, there were only two bedrooms. The livingroom with a sofa sleeper was considered the third bedroom, and there was no privacy.We were there for eight nights and we only had one bath towel each. It would had been nice to have at least one more each.The host was very responsive before and during our stay. However, after the stay, there was no communication regarding an unexpected credit card charge.

This was a great apartment. It looked just like the photos. Very clean. Residential neighbourhood, so less crowded. 15-20 minute walk to most sights-perfect

Great location in a quiet neighborhood of the Oltrarno. There were a few restaurants just around the corner as well as a cafe for morning coffee. Our apartment was clean, stylish, and modern but charming. The A/C worked well and it was nice to have a washing machine after traveling for two weeks. But the best part was that Lorenzo answered my questions on a timely basis. He was really great.

I stayed in the apartment in June. Absolutely beautiful apartment! Gorgeous kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and dining room. Great location, there is a park around the corner and restaurants and gelato shop beneath the apartment. There is also a bus stop at the park. Another nice feature is that the apartment is only up one flight of stairs. Very easy to access. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay there again.

Located in a colourful area of Florence outside of the main tourist area with some interesting characters across the street in the park. There is no phone reception outside the property, it’s in a strange dead zone where we had to walk 200-300 meters down the street to get phone reception. This is the only time this happened to us in Italy so make sure you screenshot the check-in instructions. There’s a cafe underneath and bar next door that is very loud at night, it was going strong past 1am on Saturday night. There are multiple air conditioning units but the power tripped with them all of them on along with the lights and washing machine (no dryer). The host was very responsive and helped us get the power back on at 10pm so we appreciate his help. Overall not a great experience based on the property’s location.

Sweetest Host

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Siena staying at Casina Di Giada. The apartment is in a great location, close to Piazza del Campo and many other places to visit in Siena. We were pleasantly surprised to be picked up and dropped off by Giada and her parents. Since we were carting around a large bike bag (oversized luggage), she asked her mother to come with her larger vehicle, along with her smaller town car, to transport us from the train station to the apartment. We appreciated that so much! The apartment is beautifully decorated. It's obvious, Giada put a lot of time and thought into providing a comfortable place to stay for her guests. I would definitely recommend Casina Di Giada for your visit to Siena.

The apartment was as described. However I do think people need to know that the stairs are very difficult… steep and narrow! Also had difficulty with key access… key kept turning in keyhole without opening. Access code didn’t work, was sent a new code which did not work!

Comfortable, convenient

Nice apartment, conveniently located to major attractions (walking distance). Main bedroom is decent size however bathroom is snug (but functional). Second bedroom is very compact and has single bed. Second bathroom is bigger but not en-suite.Kitchen is quite well equipped.Steps up from street level are quite steep. The apartment overlooks a restaurant so it can be a bit noisy until 10-11pm - after that it is fine. The double-glazed windows do help if you keep them closed (and switch on the A/C).We had some difficulty activating and opening the door from the street when we arrived due to poor cell signal but did eventually sort this out with help from the agent.Unfortunately the coffee pot (french-press) did not work properly and this was not replaced as requested in the 2 days we stayed there.
