La casa cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Estaba limpia, completa, no faltaba de nada y estuvimos como en casa. Los propietarios que nos atendieron encantadores. Nos dedicaron todo el tiempo necesario y nos facilitaron información muy valiosa que nos sirvió para disfrutar de Florencia. Totalmente recomendable.

The apartment was actually 3 units that can be opened up into 1 extremely large apartment. It is very well located, clean and perfect for large groups. The kitchen storage needs improvement as all of the utensils and main kitchen tools are stored in a flip top cupboard which is also the main counter area. There was also some confusion about the VAT which caused the manager to text us many times during our stay which made it more administratively difficult than it should have been. Otherwise an amazing stay.

We had a great stay in Florence. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect, so close to everything. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Elly was super helpful and communication was really easy.

The apartment was in a great spot close to a grocery store, and a huge market that had lots of food and shopping. I’m from America and was a little taken back by the first floor actually being on what we would consider the second floor, but that was my own fault. Our host was great, and recommended a wonderful spot to eat. If I am ever back in Florence, I will definitely stay here again.

If you have a group larger than 6, (even 6 couples would be comfortable )look no further. This apartment is absolutely perfect for everyone to have their own space, but has the gathering space that is great for the nightly recap of your day. The 2 terraces are a bonus, the bedrooms are large and roomy, all bigger than the average hotel room. I don’t think the pictures do it justice, we loved all the authentic high ceilings, air flow and air conditioning! We walked to all the glorious sights of Florence, without any issues. I will be back with my family someday. The communication with the host was easy, they even helped us book a driver out to the countryside when our driver canceled at the last minute. Look no further, this place is perfect.

Francesco’s house was perfect for our multi-generational group of 10. The location was central to everything yet a bit away from the crowds. Francesco arranged Chef Novellla to cook a dinner for us and it was perfect. We’d highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was a good location within walking distance to the many sites and attractions that Florence offers. We especially enjoyed the lower terrace for family meals and Happy Hour. There is a grocery store nearby and the kitchen had what we needed to make some simple meals.

The unit is large and spacious. The property is a great location. The unit is located less than 15 minutes walking from the train station, the Academe (the David), Duomo, Central market and all the shopping areas. A grocery store and breakfast bar are within 2 blocks.

The home is so cool and such a unique layout. We were really able to get the feel of the culture throughout the home and its surroundings. It is very spacious as we rented the entire home. You won't need to drive anywhere. Everything is in walking distance. The check in process was so easy and the communication was excellent. We had no problems at all.

We were a family of nine. The common areas didn’t accommodate us very well. Kitchen was small and less than ideal. Beds were not very comfortable. The two main bathrooms were the highlight of the apartment. The outdoor space would be nice with warmer weather. Overall it was our least favorite stay out three while in Italy.

This property is large and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The space was beautifully appointed and had everything you would need. We were able to walk everywhere while seeing the sights of Florence. The host was easy to communicate with and met us on the first day to provide a tour of the apartment and information on the city, which was very helpful!

My group of six friends really enjoyed this apartment. It’s quite spacious, with two patios, a complete kitchen, and clothes washer being a few conveniences. The bedrooms were comfortable. Located outside the central tourist zone but an easy walk to everything, the apartment was quiet and convenient. A few notes: We were late for our check-in time (jet lagged, hot, and disoriented) and received a strong scolding from the property manager. If you plan to use the cold out bed as a bed, be sure to alert the owner in advance as there is a “policy” about its use. Mosquitoes — like most European lodgings there are no window screens so if you want fresh air you will have insects. The mosquitoes were horrible. Bug spray is provided within the apartment, but do bring your own homeopathic remedies, wipes, etc, from home if you are bothered by strong insect repellants. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, loved being able to prepare a meal or two “at home” and really enjoyed the neighborhood and local restaurants and wine bars. Would absolutely book again.

We booked this rental for 7 adults for my birthday week in Florence and it's a perfectly charming home away from home. The space is massive with three bedrooms, two bathrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms, one bathroom (with a small kitchenette) upstairs. There are two outdoor patios for enjoying the beautiful Florence sunshine and weather. The A/C units work well in all areas, but be aware that there is one bedroom on the main floor that does NOT have A/C and the main living room area on the main floor does NOT have A/C either. However, we didn't find this to be a huge issue mid-September. The person who stayed in the bedroom without A/C said it never got too hot with the windows open at night. There were plenty of fans available too. And there is another living room area that does have A/C, so we spent most of our time relaxing in that room when it got too warm to hang in the other one. Again, we didn't find this to be an issue at all. The management team is EXCELLENT. I requested a chef to come to the house to cook a birthday dinner and Francesco was very easy to work with. He booked the chef and helped arrange a special custom 4-course menu for my birthday. It was amazing!! Definitely a highlight for us. Elly checked us in and she is very sweet and kind and funny. She was very helpful and even gave us a huge list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, rooftops and gelato places in Florence. She was amazing and was even available via text to answer any questions we had during our stay. This place is so quaint and charming. The neighborhood is close to everything. The train station isn't too far. The markets aren't too far. There's a grocery store up the street and cafes close by. From the furniture to the fresco ceilings to the headboards on the bed - it perfectly represents Florence and I highly recommend it!! Thank you Francesco!!

Apartment was clean and spacious. Property manager let us keep our luggage before check in time. Any issue was resolved promptly. The property is ifeal for a large group. All sites, restaurants, groceries are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
