A characterful private studio in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Duomo. Set in a historic building, it offers a warm base for couples, friends or solo travelers who want art, food and the old city on their doorstep.



The Space:

Located on the second floor of a historic Florentine building, the studio has rooftop views, a double bed, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped for simple meals with cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and a kettle.



Guest Access:

Second floor without elevator, about 60 stairs. The stairs are broad, but this listing is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.



The Neighborhood:

You are in Florence's historic center, close to the Duomo and within walking distance of the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. The surrounding streets offer restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the everyday energy of central Florence.



Getting Around:

The central location is best explored on foot. Public transport connections are available nearby for moving around Florence; if arriving by car, check ZTL/paid parking rules before entering the historic center.
