Nice place, very convenient to everything. But, there was no hot water on arrival. This was fixed as soon as possible, but not a good way to begin a trip after long flights. Then there was also construction that went on all during the day- banging, drilling, etc. right behind the main living area bedroom, kitchen and living room. I had to work during part of the stay so this was a very big issue for me. I reported but no change in the construction the last 3 days and no response on any resolution.

Our trip was wonderful. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spotless, and stocked with everything we needed including some very interesting books. We especially loved the location. Everything that Florence has to offer was in walking distance. Right outside the building is a wonderful cafe and restaurant. Communication with Antonio the owner was excellent and made the entire process so easy. We'll definitely return.

Great visit with family of 4

Excellent stay at Antonio’s property. The location is second to none with the beautiful Santa Croce church right outside and easy walking distance to all key sites. The AC was second to none too as we arrived in the midst of a heat wave. Grocery close by and lots of restaurants also with the apartment well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Santa Croce - on the square

Spacious apartment on the Santa Croce square. Apartment faces the inner courtyard so it is quiet. Clean and well appointed. Has lots of Italian character. We met the owner and he was very friendly. We used the washer/dryer without any problems. Was great to have that option during our vacation.

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed this apartment, located right on the Santa Croce piazza. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Gem in Piazza Santa Croce

My husband, daughter and I spent a week at Antonio's apartment! The listing is very accurate...it is clean, spacious and in a great location. You walk out right onto the the Piazza Santa Croce, and conveniently next to a cafe. There are plenty of restaurants at every turn of the streets. Although, we didn't do much cooking...the kitchen appeared well equipped if you desired to cook. Antonio was very quick to respond any questions. Our stay was fun, relaxing and smooth. We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding Florence apartment

Stay with our family of 2 teens for 4 days in Florence- Antonio was easy to communicate with, check in a breeze. Apartment was extremely clean and felt very spacious with the vaulted ceilings; our daughter slept in small private twin room which was perfect and son on couch which was made into a bed on our arrival. Kitchen spacious with everything needed- used laundry facilities with help of guidebook in apartment. European appliances have washer/dryer settings on same appliance & that was a little tricky. Location right on square in front of Santa Croce was perfect! Definitely would stay here again!

Our Home in Florence

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. And the shower was wonderful! The location in Piazza Santa Croce was perfect. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. We could walk to most places. Antonio was an excellent host. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He recommended a lovely restaurant. He helped to arrange the return of an item that I had left in a taxi when we arrived. I would happily recommend this host and this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Florence!! Michael Freeman

Wonderful place

We were very happy with this accommodation. It is spacious, bright, good kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. The location is excellent right beside Saint Croce Church, lots of restaurants within blocks, a coffee shop next door. The property manager was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Our stay at Antonio’s place was great. The location was superb, and the apartment was exactly as it was listed. Beautiful, clean, modern, well-furnished apartment

We loved our visit at this very special home. The owners are lovely, attentive and helpful, offering suggestions on the area. Location is convenient without being in the noisy parts of the city. Plenty of hot water with 2 showers. A/C in each room. Washer/dryer and dishwasher work very well. Restaurant downstairs, but not open terribly late, so very quiet at bedtime. The swallows can be seen performing their acrobatics over the inner courtyard in the morning.
