"The house was cozy and perfect for our needs. Close to town and beautiful property. Bonus getting to have all the wildlife in your yard: Peacocks, chickens, horses, donkey and longhorn. Our trip didn’t let us stay in the house much, but beds were great, couches comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. "Great property, beautiful views, so peaceful. Pool was perfect and clean. We brought a golf cart thinking we would venture some being 22 acres however it wasn’t clear and obvious where we could go so really just took kids up and down the driveway(it’s a long driveway, they had fun with that). The houses do sleep a lot of people, but would be difficult to fit a ton of people in the living area comfortably. Couches were super comfortable. We hung at the pool alot. We had a group of 11. "Communication with the host was terrible. We tried contacting them to confirm all was well with the reservation days in advance. We text and could see they read the text but never responded. We called and continued to text. Three hours before check in the host called and said they don't even do business with VRBO and the property was already booked. They clearly double booked and did not want to own up to it as thier listing is still active and VRBO confirmed after speaking with the owner. VRBO...
