I was expecting the property to be a little nicer from the pics, description, and price. Our biggest frustration was that the refrigerator was not working in the main area of the house (upstairs) We had to do a good bit of cooking and having to go up and down the steep stairs for microwave, coffee maker etc. became pretty frustrating, not to mention all food items etc had to downstairs. When we reported the fridge issue to Ryan, his response was "Just use the one downstairs! He said they had just discovered it didn't work and had to order a part on the day of our arrival at 4pm. They were hoping to get it in 2-3 days." When I expressed my concern for paying full price for a property that was missing a vital component, Ryan thanked me for my feedback. I suggested that a better solution could have been to have someone come and move the working fridge upstairs. He said it simply didn't cross his mind. It was obvious that he was not bothered by my frustration. We were also turned off by the condition of the hot pool as it had not been cleaned and was low on water. Given these issues, I would not recommend this property.
