With just a few steps (approx. 20 m) you are directly in the more than 2 km long pedestrian zone with its shops, restaurants and cafes and can explore Flensburg in this way. You are also in just 5 minutes on the Museumsberg or at the top of the harbor. During the Christmas season you can enjoy the Christmas market free of charge and if you want to retreat to the apartment with just a few steps.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately notice the generous feeling of space that was created during the renovation by opening the apartment to the attic and exposing the exposed beams. Large roof windows, the light wooden floor and the Scandinavian-style furnishings ensure an exceptional living experience. In addition to the spacious living room and gallery with a second sleeping area (double bed 160x200 cm), which can be completely darkened, and the modern open kitchen, the apartment has a bedroom and an exclusive bathroom.
