With a spacious total area of 71 m², the apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two bedrooms—each with ample storage space—provide a comfortable retreat, and high-quality bedding is provided. The apartment is ideal for families with children, as both a high chair and a crib are available. Youth groups are not permitted in this accommodation, which contributes to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The living room features a cozy sofa area, modern seating, three digital satellite TVs with screen sizes ranging from 35 to 44 inches, as well as a Blu-ray player and a radio. Large windows with privacy screens let in plenty of natural light while also offering privacy. A modern central heating system ensures a comfortable room temperature.

The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
