The home is a short drive to Belleayre ski resort and also not far from Plattekill. We enjoyed both the convenience of the location for skiing along with the quiet, peaceful area of Fleischmanns. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and we appreciated the comfortable beds and linens which are provided. Check in and check out is easy and the owner is available for any questions. We had a great time and would recommend this home!

Host is very attentive. Unfortunately the house is not wired and hotspot didn’t work most of our stay which impacted the stay. Pictures match and there’s plenty of space for a family to spread out. Quick ten min ride to Belleayre.

Incredible spacious and clean. Perfect for a small group of family and friends, and lots of open green space for a pup to run around in. Ray was super responsive and helpful. Beautiful place. We can't wait to come back!

The house met all of our needs. Host was very easy to work with!The app forced me to rate skiing but in October there was of course no snow. The house is to a ski area so I assume it would be good.

Awesome Catskills vacation home

We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!

Amazing getaway in cozy home

This place was clean, comfortable, modern, and was conveniently located (especially for skiing). The hot tub was a great feature. The owner provided us with all necessary info for a great stay, he was responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time!

It was okay

The place was smaller in person than the pictures lead on, it was very beautiful other wise. I know in the description it say doesn’t supply water and that it has well water but honestly there was a device in the house that could produce sanitized water but nothing hooked up to it. It just doesn’t make sense to even have that in there if you aren’t going to hook it up for guests. There is also a coffee pot which is nice but there isn’t any thing to make coffee since you can’t use the well water. Supplying some kind of water would be sufficient or hooking up the device that gives out sanitized water. Also when we showed up to the house it was freezing because it was set to 60 with all 6 individual thermostats. It would have been nice to walk into a semi warm house around this time of year. Besides all of that the house it nicely located and very clean!

Great stay!

We loved staying on this property! The rooms were large and super comfortable, perfect for a small group. We loved the cozy feel of the house, the hot tub was spacious and very well equipped. The porch had a really pretty view and Ray was also very responsive and clear with instructions

My wife at stayed at rays place for a weekend in mid october..the house is amazing and the property and its surroundings are beautiful..very peaceful and quiet and ray was quick to answer any questions..we're planning on returning next october

Ski Chalet

Beautiful and peaceful! Ray was very accommodating by checking in throughout stay to ensure our comfort. The home was very nice and clean! I loved the fireplaces in each room and my kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi. The home was very dog friendly, which was much appreciated. Thank you for leaving dog supplies!! Very thoughtful for us dog lovers 🤗. Ray ensured there was more than enough supplies in the home for cooking as well as games! Bop It was a big hit, lol. Definitely recommend!

Stunning Location

Great communication, easy access and departure. Short driving distance to town with amenities. Hot tub was great and ideal for looking at a nights sky without light pollution. Kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed.

Great spot!

Stayed here for a friends wedding in the nearby area. Lovely home which was the perfect size for 3 couples. Because we were only in the area for a wedding for a short while, we did not utilize all the home has to offer however should we be back up in that area again - we would certainly rent this space! Ray texted to check in to make sure everything was suitable upon arrival (which it was!). Again, great home, just did not use it too much other than for sleeping!
