"Cheryl could not have made it any easier or been any nicer. There was plenty of room, it was clean as a whistle, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the location was right where we wanted to be - close to town, but quiet and private. She was also great wth restaurant recommendations. Much appreciated!"

"The property was adequate. Our original booking was cancelled by the host due to maintenance issues and this property was offered as a substitute. It was about 1/4 the size of our original booking, and barely adequate for two people. The room was accessed by a long, steep flight of stairs, which was not mentioned in the property description. TV did not work. The location was great, but other than that the accommodations were a disappointment."

We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and proximity to adorable downtown Franklin (1/2 mile walk) where we frequented Millie’s for ice cream 3 nights in a row! The area was a place we felt safe in. The listing and pictures were accurate representations of the home. We didn’t really use the kitchen much, but it looked fully stocked with essential needs.
