  • Kick back and relax in this calm, modern and stylish space—perfect for a peaceful mountain getaway.

    Sunflower Cottage is a brand-new rental, thoughtfully built in 2023, nestled on two private acres of serene country living with stunning mountain views.

    Enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, complete with a barbecue grill, utensils, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for starry nights and fresh mountain air.

    Surrounded by nature, you’ll find plenty of nearby hiking and biking trails. We’re ideally located for exploring some of Arizona’s most breathtaking destinations, including the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, Sedona, and Lake Mary.

    Please note: We’re situated just off a dirt road, adjacent to the highway for convenient access. Starting in March, the County will be conducting road and front yard drainage improvements to enhance the property’s accessibility.

    For your security, this property is equipped with external security cameras.

From the location being in the center of accessing the Grand Canyon area or Sedona, just take your pick of adventures. The hosts are great and give attention to every detail. We loved our stay.

Very clean and relaxing stay. Comfy beds, and a nice outdoor area for star gazing. The host was great and everything on the listing was spot on! I would highly recommend if you are planning a stay in the Flagstaff area!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and we truly enjoyed our time in and around Flagstaff. The space was spotless and perfect for our family of four, making it both comfortable and relaxing. It also served as a home base for exploring the Grand Canyon, Antelope Slot Canyon, and Sedona. Regina was incredibly responsive before and throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Husband and I stayed for a long weekend and we would stay at this property again and highly recommend this property. It was centrally located to many different areas we wanted to visit. Property was very clean and everything was well stocked. Regina texted several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to base ourselves and run around, feels like home every time we came back to the cottage from an outing of each day. We love love loved it. Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation.

Clean and Easy Access

This property was perfect for our two night stay in Flagstaff. The location allowed for easy highway access for our one-day trip to Page, AZ. The property was clean and a great view of the mountains.

Our stay at Sunflower Cottage was wonderful. The home was extremely clean and well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special.The host was amazing—very helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful and the perfect size for a family. It had such a warm, cozy feeling that made us feel right at home.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place with incredible views! Will be back for future trips!

The Sunflower Cottage is a true gem, the perfect weekend getaway anytime! It is incredibly well appointed, extremely clean and beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchens. The back patio is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a meal or evening drink!

The comfiest beds!

The Sunflower cottage was lovely! It was clean and had the absolute comfiest beds we’ve ever had at a vacation rental! There is a gas stove which I loved and they had extra things like ziplock bags and spices which helped out a lot. It’s right off the highway which is convenient and we’d stay again.

This little casita was perfect for our needs. Immaculately clean, very well stocked kitchen and linens, comfy beds and a cozy flowing electric fireplace. We all had a great time getting away for the weekend!
