Best vacation spot ever

I cannot say enough good things about this house. It was spotless , adorable , in a great location and the best stocked VRBO we have stayed in. The pictures do not do the house and location justice. The only thing I don't like about the house, is that it isn't mine ! Love this place , and we will be back!

Excellent Space that needs a tiny bit of maintenance

Overall, we loved the space and found that it was generally well stocked. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and the outdoor space is a huge plus (especially the grill). Unfortunately, we were intending to work remotely for three days here and the wifi network just could not accommodate it. Both my partner and I had to use mobile hotspots because we could not connect to the wifi at the same time (and when one of us was connected, the speed was very slow). Also, the fireplace did not work which was rough the first night when it was very cold in the house but thankfully the weather turned and we had no issues with heating. Ultimately, the house is very nice but we wish that those things had been in working order.

Flagstaff Winter Getaway

We had a great weekend getaway at the cabin. It was perfect place for our small family to spend a weekend among the ponderosa pines in a quiet neighborhood There was a large snowfall before we arrived and all the snow was cleared making access very easy. The cabin is very clean, cozy and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace which really warmed up the whole cabin on the cold nights. The kitchen was very modern and we prepared many meals rather than going out, but we were only minutes away from Flagstaff and lots of local options. I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway for a small family!!!

Flagstaff Hidden Gem

An absolutely wonderful cabin home for us to use as a base for day trips into Flagstaff and down to Sedona. Beautiful wooded location away from the downtown hustle and bustle. Nicely furnished with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was top rate. Highly recommended for a couple or small family.

Grand Canyon Getaway

This property has a great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent views. The Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, and Petrified Forest are all close by. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, ideal for 4

Stayed over Christmas, 2021. This is a beautiful property in an excellent area. The check-in, check-out process was smooth and the owner was responsive to our messages. They even left us a little bag of Christmas cookies to welcome us upon arrival. Kitchen is top notch, furniture is comfy, plenty of extra bedding and blankets, loads of non-perishables available - all things that make this place feel like a home away from home. Drawbacks: 1) This is really not suitable for 6 adults. We felt snug with 4 adults. The loft area technically sleeps 2, but on thin futon mattresses. Really the loft is most suitable for a kid or two under age 10. So think of it as a 2 bed, 1 bath cabin that sleeps 4 but could accommodate up to 2 additional kids. 2) It was tough to maintain an even temperature inside. Granted, we experienced very variable weather, but clearer instructions on how to use the on-wall heaters, the fireplace, and the floor board heaters in conjunction with each other would have helped.

Peaceful Getaway

We loved our stay! It was such a quiet neighborhood with beautiful forest views. Loved how the cabin was decorated, so clean and comfortable! This was our first time visiting AZ and now its one of my favorite places!

Great place to Home Base activities!

This is a very nice house with an excellent view. Appliances and counters were near new, and all functioned great. Lots of nice new utensils, knives, dishes, etc. There's also a lot of non-perishable leave-behinds, that helped us out with forgotten stuff. Loved the vintage stereo setup. Now, I have to make one for myself! Bed was comfortable (in the loft room). Very nice, tasteful decor. We were snowed in for a day, but it was cozy, with the fireplace, and quiet neighborhood. Our only quibble is the approach to the road. Some of the surrounding neighbors have let their properties go downhill, I am afraid. Oh, and watch the hill in the snow! We had to back down, and take the other entrance of Ancient Trail one day. 4X4 no problem, though. It's centrally located to everything we wanted to see, Sedona, Grand Canyon, etc. Loved it!

Cozy and spacious home with amazing views

The views from the patio are simply amazing. You see nothing but gorgeous pines and when we went they were covered in a lot of snow! The loft makes the living room area seem very specious. Great home for smaller groups. Will definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean, breathtaking forest views, sky lights brighten up the whole place, fireplace works amazing and kept us cozy at night, comfy beds, stocked kitchen with utensils/spices was very helpful. Would definitely book again!

Great Stay

Upon entry to the property, we were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and amenities that were provided. The neighborhood was quiet. The view from the balcony overlooked the forest. We would stay again. Beds were comfortable. Opportunities for improvement. Water in shower drained very slow and you had to stand in your water. Both beds were both only full size. We would have preferred a queen in the larger room.
