The space


Step inside to discover an impeccably designed space with stylish décor, high-end finishes, and an open-concept layout that invites relaxation. High ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light give this home its welcomingly luxurious flair. The heart of the home is a spacious living area featuring a grand gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for cozy evenings. The gourmet kitchen boasts sleek modern appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island perfect for gathering. Able to accommodate up to 10 people, the home features 5 bedrooms, a game room and 4 bathrooms. It is perfect for families, couples, and small groups

The kitchen has cooking utensils and basics you need to cook meals in a spacious, modern kitchen. The living room is a wonderful place to gather with the warmth of a gas fireplace, immersing yourself in the full open concept free flowing space. The living room has a television with a ROKU streaming device, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the home.


There is a balcony outside of the living area that overlooks the peaks and has outdoor chairs to take in the view as well as an amazing fireplace to enjoy star gazing, or making smores, if not using the fireplace or dining table you can find yourself laying on the hammock and enjoying the amazing mountain life our presidio pines has to offer.


*Bedrooms*
Each of the five well-appointed bedrooms offers plush comfort, while the four spa-like bathrooms features showers and 2 bathrooms with tub shower combos, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.

The master bedroom is on the bottom floor with access to the backyard. The backyard has a patio with a table for four. The master has a king bed, a workspace, a daybed, a television with a ROKU streaming device, a large master bathroom with a shower, and a large walk in closet.

The other bedroom on the lower level is the bunk bed room, a large standard closet and a bathroom adjacent to it with a bathtub and a shower. This bedroom does not have a television, accompanied with a sideboard and tons of games.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms

The upstairs bedroom 1 has two twin beds, a dresser, a walk in closet, a bathroom adjacent to it with double sinks and a bathtub and shower.

Bedroom number 2 has a full king bed, dresser, ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo, a tv and dresser

Bedroom number 3 has a queen bed, and dresser, a bathroom adjacent to it with double sinks and a bathtub and shower.

The loft overlooks the living area and has a sofa that is also a queen bed , two specialized arcade games one is pac man and one is space invaders, a custom shuffleboard table with bowling feature, swivel mount tv to be able to watch from wherever you are in the game room

The laundry room has a washer, a dryer and an iron. Laundry soap is provided, IN each bathroom, as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is one hair dryer in our home.

Parking: Our garage and driveway is available for parking. We can accommodate up to four cars (two one garage and two in the driveway). There is no street parking. (Parking is unavailable in garage for the summer) Will be for winter

Guest access

The property is fully set up for our guests, they have full access to all areas with exception of one locked closet.
We will send detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival, which contain a 4-digit code needed to open the lockbox at the front door.

Effective 1/1/2024 a $500 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.

The property is fully set up for our guests, they have full access to all areas with exception of one locked closet.

You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`

We will be available to assist during their stay

Please no pets or smoking , no parties, no more people allowed then we accept on reservation, no large gatherings, no djs, no bands. We charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules.
No parties or events are permitted at the property. Video or photography of any kind is strictly prohibited.
