The home was beautiful. Everything we needed was available from grill to oven and hot tub. The rooms were spacious and we had clean towels and enough room to hang out. Over all our experience was positive and we spent Christmas Eve and day in the comfiest cabin.

Location was great!Interior of the house was very clean.Suggested improvements by our group.Functioning blinds as they hid the views and unable to be opened.First floor bathroom tub did not drain adequately.Toilet seats and rugswere very dated and worn.The kitchen was excellently stocked and very beautiful!Our overall experience was pleasant.

Nice getaway, close to downtown, very close to walmart in case you need anything/groceries. Cool and fresh town (be prepared to wait for oven due to cool temps) hot tub will bleach your bathing suit due to the chemicals in it, but very relaxing. Can use any streaming services (no dvds or extras besides tv and wifi) large dining table awesome for eating and boardgames. Recommend to anyone traveling to Flagstaff!

This place was tired at best. It was okay and it did put a roof over our heads, however, we were just glad it didn’t leak. The chalet could be a very nice place to stay, there were some nice updates but it needs some more repairs done. The key to get in was a struggle we worried it would break off in the door. The beds were just okay - a mattress on a piece of plywood in a frame and the shower heads were much to be desired. All in all, a good location and the area was perfect for what we planned.

Health hazard! The bed looks like it’s been peed in since 1980. There is nothing luxurious about this rental. It was dirty, unkept, not maintained, and rundown. The furniture is not the same furniture that is pictured in the listing.The pictures tell the entire story. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

Fine. Convenient for Flagstaff adventures

We had a bunch of family gather at this rental for tonight. The rental is in a nice neighborhood in Flagstaff and it was convenient if you’re doing Flagstaff adventures, or heading to the Grand Canyon. The house has definitely been a rental for a long time and therefore needs a lot of TLC. It was not clean to my expectations. There were ample cooking tools and the lake and nice living and kitchen gathering spaces.

Great location near Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay here with family and friends. The bedrooms were perfect for our combined families and the beds were comfortable. We found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen and the kids loved to explore around the yard and take a dip in the hot tub. We loved the real wood burning fireplace the most! It was close to the North Pole Experience and downtown Flagstaff. Some things in the house could be updated but overall it was clean and nice for a short stay. We did really look forward to catching a couple of football games while relaxing at the house but the living room tv was very small. A larger TV would have made our trip more enjoyable. We did appreciate that the check out instructions were easy because when traveling with kids, it's a lot just to make sure you have everything packed let alone having a huge laundry list of chores to do before you check out. This home was not like that so it was very nice to pack up, get the dishes in the dishwasher, empty the fridge and go. Thank you from my tired mom heart! The only reason why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is because we have stayed at many places similar in price that were a bit more upgraded and had more things for the kids to do, more land, games, etc. but they also weren't as close into town so location may play a key. A few minor changes to make it seem more homey would go a long way into making more of a 5 star experience. Overall we were very satisfied though and had a great time.

Clean and Cozy

We stayed here as we traveled for a family vacation and enjoyed the cabin in the mountains! We used this location as a hub to drive to Winslow, Williams, and the Grand Canyon! House was clean and enjoyed the hot tub on the deck!
